Construction of RCC Septic tanks conventional type designed to carry sewage and sludge water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-30 design mix in walls, base slab, baffle walls and roof slab including beams etc. with vent shalts manholes opening with connection etc. complete with effective depth of 1.5 meter and overall depth of 3mtr for septic tank for 25 users complete all as specified and as shown on drawings.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

S&F switch piano flush type, single pole, two way 5 Amp, 230 volt complete all as specified and directed

S&F LED light fitting 1 x 20 Watt, 220V, AC, box type with driver, holder connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable 0.5 sqmm from ceiling rose complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing LED security 15 watt, input 110 to 220 volts as per IP 65 luminaries comprising of rectangular shape , high pressure die cast aluminium housing, with weather proof gaskets for lamp and driver compartment with GI pipe 25 mm dia light grade bend to shape including necessary fixing arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling fan complete with blade, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) inluding provision of flexible copper cord three core PVC insulated & overall sheathed of size 0.50 Sqmm of required length from ceiling rose or connector to ceiling fan complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

M&L for construction of Valve pit chamber 90 cmx90cm (inner dimension) and 90 cm deep , from the top of MS cover fixed on PCC Base, top cover shall be of 3 mm thick MS Sheet with locking arrangement of pad lock of 50mm size including brick work with sub class"B'' bricks in CM 1:4 including 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 (internally and externally) and necessary earth work in any type of soil including returning filling in and disposal of surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 mtrs and 150 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 , type D-2 , using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory made feeder pillar compartmentalised outdoor type, weather proof, dust and vermin proof double door'front and rear openable made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and angle iron 45x45x 6mm duly powder coated, suitable for floor /platform mounting of CPRI certified and IP65 class suitable for 415 volt, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 hz AC supply system having busbar chamber with insulated aluminum bus bars of rating 600 amps installed on porcelain /SMC insulator with apron for cable entry, closing locking arrangement with and including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid, copper conductor FRLS cable, IS 694 marked, 1100 volt grade of appropriate size (but not less than 2.5 sqmm) and comprising of the following

Supply and install Moulded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) 200 Amps ,4 pole, 50Hz's 415 Volts with rupturing capacity 25 KA with thermal base released suitable for existing panel installed at existing panel, complete in and including connections all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replecement of LED Street light Luminaries 1x 20 watts in aluminium die cast housing with efficient heat dissipation design, toughned glass cover, with IP 66 protection complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F street light junction box made out of PVC Of size 300mmx250mmx170mm consisting of triple phase & neutral 63 amp terminal block and 01 no MCB 5 amp, SP, fixed on pole etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for wiring with two run single core PVC insulated, stranded unsheathed copper cable conductor size 1.5 Sqmm and drawing through and including S&F steel rigid conduit not less than 20mm dia and fixed on pole including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable connected to earth including connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed .

ROAD PATH AND CULVERTS

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm gradded stone aggregate as in Concrete bed to 450 mm drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing and laying at or near ground levelfactory made kerb stone of m-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement & 3 coarse sand) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm) including making drainage opening whareever required complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for thermoplastic paint on black top surface or existing painted surfaces applied hot mixing plant of heating of thermoplastic material to a standard temperature with gas and laying standard thickness of approx 2mm by using thermo plastic material @ 250 Gms / sqm complete all as specified and as directed

SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS

M & L for preparation of new concrete surface and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint exceeding 10 cm girth or width not otherwise described over a coat of primer etc complete all as specified and as directed

SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS

S&F SFRC manhole cover 75mm thick factory made medium duty of any size plain surface as per requirement including 75 x 1.5mm flat iron frame all around the cover perimeter complete all as specified and as directed.

AREA DRAINAGE WORKS

S&F SFRC manhole cover 80mm thick factory made medium duty of any size plain surface as per requirement including 80 x 1.5mm flat iron frame all around the cover perimeter complete all as specified and as directed.

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

S&F chromium plated health faucet telephonic type with 8mm dia, 1 meter long CP flexxible with wall hook and jet of approved make, suitable for 15mm bore iron pipes or foe unions and fixed complete all as specified.
