S/F of Double pole structure of SP-55 11Mtr. Long S.T. pole 11.00mtr. Long complete with all accassories including grouting & making plinth above 20cm G.L. in 1:3:6 C.C. with excavation and back filling etc. complete in all respect.

S/F of A.B.C. conductor for L.T. line on S.T. pole complete with tensioning binding etc. for proper completion of work. (3x 120+1x95+1x16mmsqm)

S/F of 11 KV XLPE 3 core aluminum conductor cable below 1.5 mt. ground level and back filling complete with material labour T&Pcable make grandly/ polycab/ Havels/Nicco as per E/I. (i)120 sq mm.

S/F of outdoor type cable end termination jointing kit suitable for XLPE cable etc all complete. (i) 120 sq mm.

S/Instalation and testing and commisning of 11/433 V distribution transformer 50Hz ONAN type star delta etc. as per I.S. specification and UPPCL rules complete in all respect for following capacity.(Level 2) (i) 400 KVA

S/Instalation and testing and commisning of L.T. ACB complee with CTS and metering equipments with 800/1000 Amp. Complete inluding carriage loading, undloading erection, testing, earthing etc. complete as per UPPCL specifications for completion of work.

S/F of 11Kv TPMO set complete with G.I. rod handle etc. complete in all respect.

S/F of 11KV D.O. fuse set etc. complete in all respect.

Construction of Transformer plinth of size 1.7x1.66x1Mtr. With all material required for proper completion of work as per PWD specification.

S/F of H.T./L.T. jumphering and connection on double pole and transformer complete .

S/L ""AL"" conductor PVC insulated and sheathed 1100 V. grade armered cable below 750mm G.L. Protected with bricks on side and top with cushian of fine sand 75mm thick the cable run shall be fixed by clamp on surface and the armouring of cable shall be proparly connected etc complete as following size.

(i) 400 mmx3½ core

(ii) 240mmx3½ core

S/E of 2 mtr hight 3.5x3.5mtr size case fabricated with 3mm thick expended metal or equielent welight wire mesh as per E/I fixed on 50x50x6mm Angle iron frame having vertical member shall be grouted in ground and horizental member in wall to a depth of 4500mm with end folded. The case shall have 2000x1000mm size one leaf door with locking arrangement having door frame fabricated with 35x35x6mm angle iron and 3mm expended metal wire mesh as per E/I. the case shall have nut bolt arrangement for opening of side it shall be painted with red oxide and synthetic enamel paint etc. The job shall have all material, labour T&P etc. for proper completion of work.

S/F of plain/pin type copper tin plated cable socket (Lugs) to the cable lead insulating with tape and making connection etc. complete in all respect.

Supply and erection of stay set at 3.5Metres away from the pole complete with galvanised 19mmdiax1.8meter long stay rod, 30cmx30x6.3mm anchor plate, thimble stay clamps, stay insulator, 19mm 600mm double screw tightener, 7/3.5mm G.I. stay wire etc. in 1:3:6 cement concrete complete in all respects.

S/F of G.I. pipe "B" class with M.S. clamp fixing with pole for calbe etc complete in all respect.

S/Making suitable earthing of H.T./L.T over head line pole with 2.5m long 20mm dia G.I Rod with 7/16 SWG. G.I Wire as per UPPCL complete with all material labour T&P requird for propet completion of work.

S/F of danger board with clamp and bolt fabricated from 10gauge MS sheet etc compelete as per I.E rules F/F of number plate with clamp & bolt including numbering with paint etc complete as per E/I. rule.

S/F of pearcing connector complete in all respect. As per UPPCL specification.

S/F of dead end clamp complete in all respect. As per UPPCL specification.

S/F of Suspension clamp complete in all respect. As per UPPCL specification.

S/F of eye hook for Suspension clamp complete in all respect. As per UPPCL specification.

S/L of HDPE (DWC) pipe for road crossing etc. (exept for cable support on pole) at a depth of 750mm below G.L. for L.T. calbe carriar as per direction of E/I. make Dura Line or Rack of following size . 90/76mm OD/ID

S/F of HDPE (DWC) pipe coupler for jointing of pipe of size 90/76mm OD/ID make Dura line or Reck etc complete in all respect. As per E/I.

Supply and laying of 32x6 mm G.I. strip from earth eledctrode directly in the ground as required compelete in all respect.

Supply and burring of Safe Earthing Electrode T-19, (Hot Dip Galvanized), Length up to 3000mm, outer Dia 50mm inner Dia 25mm, terminal Dia 12mm, outer Gi Pipe of 16 swg and inner Gi Pipe 12 swg with Hot Dip Galvanization up to 100 micron filled with crystalline conductive mixture (CCM having anti corrosive & conductive property eith 50 Kgs activated soil (BFC) capable of reducing the soil resistivity with good mixture of retaining capacity and one earthing lead of 25mm x 3mm G.I strip, upto switch board (from apron to switch board, the cost of G.I.strip will be extra) along with 30 cm square C.I. frame with hinged cover & masonry housong.
