Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling AC sheet (Corrugated, Semi corrugated etc) as in roofs etc including ridges, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Provision of gysum board of 9mm thick ceiling tiles size 595mmx595mm for including aluminium anodised section of size, wall angle 30mm x 25mm x 2mm thick, main / cross tee-section 15mm x 15mm x 1.4mm and suspended with 2.18 mm thick GI wire of suitable length and including fixed & aluminium snap grid all as per clause 10.38.1 of SSR Part-I and as per manufacturer’s instructions. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :--(i) Aluminium section : -- INDALCO/ HINDALCO/ JINDAL (ii) PERFORateD /SEMIPERFORateD TILES :--- ARMSTRONG/ LAFARG

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete, all as specified and directed .

S&F solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement/adhesive and fixing at site on PVC/wooden frame as per specifications and drawing given in SSR. Note :- Fillets shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specifications and drawing given in SSR and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 Sqcm and over in section, in any position unframed work complete, all as specified and directed .

M&L for 2nd class hardwood clean sawn as in scantling fixed to timber frame etc complete, all as specified and directed .

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for in this Schedule complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in levelling course laid to be minimum consolidated thickness of 25mm, laid and complete in slope over roof, finished fair & even complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L for cleaning of all loose dirt and dust from roof surfaces and applying roof treatment as under :- (a) 10 mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) using 100 % coarse sand on roof / parapet walls with WPC @ 3 % by weight of cement. (b) Applying a coat of bitumenous primer @ 0.40 litre/Sqm on prepared surfaces and allow to dry. (c ) Applying a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kgs/Sqm over primer. (d) Supply and laying of 3mm thick (Minimum) polymeric water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3 Kgs/Sqm, black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt with help of torching with proplane or abutane gas using torch with minimum 75mm side overlap and 100mm end overlap as per manufacturers instructions. (e) Applying a tack coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 5.20 Kgs/Sqm . (f) Blinding with dry coarse sand @ 0.50 to 1.0 Kg /Sqm dusted over bitumen. Note : The net area of water proofing treatment shall be measured without any extra allowance for laps & portion inserted in groove which shall be deemed included in the quoted Rates. Security from total amount of roof treatment work.
