MISC B/R REPAIRS AND PERIODICAL SERVICES BY USING SMART PERIODICAL METHODOLOGY TO INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL SURFACES OF OMQs AND SMQs AT SECTOR 28 AND 47 AT 3 BRD UNDER GE (AF) MC CHANDIGARH

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair face of brick work, or concrete surfaces finished fair and even with out using extra cement with WPC @ 1%, upto 10 metre height including necessary scaffolding and taking down cement plaster and racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separetely.

M&L for Rough cast plaster including After applying the under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10 mm thick with WPC@1% and while it is still in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1: 1: 1 shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly better than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregates are thoroughly covered complete all as specified and directed, including taking down cement plaster and racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separetely.

Supply only integral Water Proofing Compound as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered /un plastered Wall surface and applying two coats of cement base paint over priming coat, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plaster/un treated surface of wall / coloum, beam, chajja etc. and leveling / edgesing the disturbed surface a thin layer of putty and making smooth by using sand paper applying two coat of exterior acrylic emulsion (weather proof treatment) including one coat of exterior primer, to be applied using an airless spray machine, complete all as manufacturer's instruction and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of old plastered /un plastered Wall surface and applying one coat of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on brick surfaces of wall in cement mortar (1:6), finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down cement plaster and racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying 2 mm thick wall care putty (internal or external ) on wall new or old surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge.

M&L preparation of new plaster surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper white or tinted complete,to be applied using an airless spray machine over a coat of primer all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for prepration of old surface of wall and applying one coat of oil bound distemper white or tinted, to be applied using an airless spray machine, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
