Item No 02 :- Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the permises complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 03 :- Demolition of reinforcement cement concrete above ground floors n exc 15 cm thickness (Reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) such as cooking platform, chajjas etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 04 : Post construction Anti termite Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 05 : All as per item No. 04 above but along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron.

Item No 06 : M&L for 10 mm thick Light shade coloured designer double charged vifrified ceramic tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42sqm in floors etc over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 07 : M&L for 10 mm thick Light shade coloured designer double charged vifrified ceramic tiles in floors, exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42sqm in vertical surface such as skirtings, dados etc over and including 10mm thick rendering in Cm 1:4 set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 10 : - M&L for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm & not exc 0.11 sqm in floors etc over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 11:- M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base flooring 25 mm thick surface finished even and rough to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 12:- M&L Prepolished (mirror finish) Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick as in risers, steps & skirting, over 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, polishing & rounding to edges complete all as specified and direct (Kota stone should be single piece in tread and riser).

Item No. 13:- M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450 x 300 x 7 mm thick on vertical surface such as dado / skirting / risers to steps etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match surface of tiles over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and direct. Note- The size of tiles (except thickness) may be varied during execution without any price adjustment

Item No 14 : - Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 15 :- M&L Brick work using old size sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 16 :- M&L Brick work using old size sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 in half brick thick wall complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 17:- M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 18 :- M & L 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection finish even & smooth without using extra cement laid in bays with construction, 6mm thick joints should be filled with bitumen mastic filling compreising of one part of heated bitumen 80/100 gde and three part of sand (all by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 19 : - M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, coping, benching, bed block, lintel band, plinth courses etc and similar work including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 20 : - M&L for Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slab (for manholes etc) and similar work including necessary form work and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 21 :.Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls, ceiling/roof etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 22 : - M&L for rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Item No 23 : - M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 in two layers (1st layer 10 mm thick rendering coat and 2nd layer 5 mm thick finishing coat) on brick work or concrete surfaces, second layer (finishing coat) mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml / 50 Kg bag of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement of approved makes complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 24 : - M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on RCC ceiling surface and finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

Item No 25 : - M&L for applying two coats of elastomeric water proofing coating on lower portion of wall brick/concrete surface with Dam block 2K of Asian paints or Pidifin 2K of Pidilite or equivalent to FOSROC, Sika etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Work to be excuted by authorised company rep & necessary excution certificate to be given by executing agency.

Item No 26 - Supply only liquid water proofing compound, ISI marked omplete all as specified and directed.

Item No 27 - Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters not exc 1.5 Sqm each (with out taking off shutters from the frames) incl making good the disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 28 :- Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sqm but not exc 4.0 Sqm each with shutters ( with out taking off shutters from the frames) incl making good the disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 29 : - Taking down shutters of any description exc 1.00 Sqm but not exc 2.00 Sqm each and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 30 : Cutting holes in brick walls exc half brick but not exc one brick built in cement mortor for inserting hold fasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 31 :- M&L Second class hard wood 35 mm thick factory made glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass , gauze etc with out sash bars, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc, sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR part I section 8 clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 163 :- M &L water proofing treatment on "Non spproachable / non accessible and approachable roof" surface (Horizontal & Vertical surfaces) in following sequence through manufacturer / authorized applicator of the manufacturer including taking down of existing roof treatment, properly cleaning & drying the concrete surfaces complete.

(i) Applying a coat of oxidised bitumen based solvent primer @ 0.3 Kg /Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - charge.

(ii) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg / Sqm incl cleaning surfaces.

(iii) Laying unrolled over the bitumen coated surface, polymetric water proofing membrane Hyperpals standard wt not less than 3 kg / Sqm with 100 mm over laps shall be sealed by by flame as per manufacturers instruction.

Item No. 164 :- M&L for 20mm thick pressed cement concrete tiles of size 300x300 mm laid over cement screed bed 20mm thick in CM 1:4 over finished membrane surface including jointing with solvent cement mixed with WPC to match with the tile in appropriate slope complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - charge. Note: Liquid WPC will to measured and paid separately.

Item No 165 :-Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed

Item No. 166 - Preparing surfaceof sunken slab and applying 15mm thick cement plaster 1:4 cement sand mortar with integral water proofing compound both on floor and wall. The surface shall then be cured and allowed to dry then applying Epoxy Resin coating polymer modified cementitious coating like brush bond of Fosroc, pidilite and Bostic as per manufacturer's instructions both on floor as well as on wall and sunken floor shall be filled with graded clinder complete all as specified and directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Item No. 171 :- Taking down copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendent, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. Removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit a for above items should be made as per condition seperately) and making good distrubed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 220 :- M & L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr deep below normal ground level, connecting to GI earth wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanized iron or steel including 15 mm dia medium grade protection pipe for earth lead complete with charcoal and common salt including watering arrangement with galvanized iron pipe light grade 20 mm dia, PCC Chamber, CI frame and cover, MS funnel with wire mesh all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR Part-I including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil / strata and testing on completion. Note:- GI earth wire 4 mm dia and 15 mm dia protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr from earth plate is deemed to be included in rate quoted.

Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber, Frame (88 mm x 52 mm ), sliding sash (42 mm x 67 mm), sliding mesh sash (42mm x 57mm), sliding interlock (one vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm), Glazing bead (24.5 mm x 16mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including railing of holes for fixing of hardware and drainage of water etc, making arrangement for fixing of hardware, EPDM gasket, 1.2 + 0.2mm thick galvanised steel frame (30 mm x 18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18mm), sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm), profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners.
