HGS SS.20.B. Earth work excavation for foundation and depositing on bank in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS.20B and as per standard specification

SDR - (Not Requiring Blasting) Earth work excavation for foundation and depositing on bank in Soft disintegrated rock, laterite, soft rock or kankar, not requiring blasting and as per standard specification.

MR & DMR - Earth work excavation for foundation and depositing on bank in Medium Rock and Dense Medium Rock not requiring blasting as per standard Specification .

Earth work excavation for foundation in Removing Hard Rock by wedging, chiseling and trimming to proper shape and stocking for measurement, as per standard specification complete.

Plain cement concrete in CC 1:3:6 mix using 40 mm HB metal for tower foundation concrete without steel formwork including cost of cement and all materials, labour, curing, lead, lift, etc., complete as per standard specification.

Plain cement concrete in CC 1:2:4 mix using 20 mm HB metal for tower foundation concrete with steel formwork including cost of cement and all materials, labour, curing, lead, lift, etc., complete as per standard specification.

Plain cement concrete in CC 1:2:4 mix, using 20 mm HB metal for Chimney concrete with steel formwork including cost of cement and all materials, labour, curing, lead, lift, Vibration charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Labour charges of setting of stub and cleat of (using template / modern technique) KCR Tower (110 KV ) with correct level and alignment and hire charges of template, with all labour, lead, lift, etc., as per Standard specification complete.

Labour charges for fixing of pipe type earthing including necessary excavation for fixing of 3 M long 40 mm dia GI ‘B’ class pipe and refilling with excavated earth mixed with salt and charcoal and connect the GI earth strips with the legs of the stub including cost of pipe refilling charges, fixing charges transport lead, lift, labour, etc., as per standard specification complete.

Plastering with CM 1:3, 12mm thick for coping including cost of all materials, lead, lift, curing etc as per standard specification complete.

Providing anchor rod / Grip rod of 20mm dia RTS (Not less than Fe 450 Grade) to a length of 2m by drilling 32mm dia hole to a depth of 1.00 metre into hard rock and grouting with Bonding materials as directed by the TANTRANSCO Engineer at site including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift , curing etc., complete.

Supplying & Fabricatiion of Special type adjustable Arcing Horns for Suspension / Tension fittings as per approved drawing including cost of materials, fabrication charge, erection charge, labour, lead, lift etc., as per standard specifications complete.

Refilling the tower location using excavated earth other than sand consolidation in 150mm layers well watered, consolidation etc. including cost of all labour, lead, lift etc as per instruction of TANTRANSCO Engineer at site complete.

Disposal of Excess surplus earth away in low lying area with a lead of 2km distance including cost of spreading chrages ,levelling charges and transporting charges all labour, lead, lift etc., as per instruction of TANTRANSCO Engineer at site complete.

Erection of tower parts with bolts and nuts, tightening, punching of bolt and nuts (If necessasary) and rectification of defects in tower parts if any including hire charges of Tools & Plant's, transporting of tower parts from stores to site, sorting out of tower parts, Final Checking to the satisfaction of field Engineers, hire charges for crane, loading and unloading all labour, lead, lift, etc complete as per standard specification complete.

Painting the tower leg with Anti corrosive black paint up to the height of 1 m from coping level including cost of all materials, labour, all leads & lifts etc., as per standard Specification complete.

Tack welding of bolts and Nuts in the newly erected towers up to bottom cross arm level including of three tack weld for each bolts & Nuts hire charges of welding machine cost of welding rods, transporting charges and painting with cold galvanizing paint and tightening of bolts wherever necessary including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, transporting, hire charges etc., as per standard specification complete.

Hoisting of 90 KN Suspension Ordinary Insulators of 7 units with suspension fittings including cost of all T & Ps, labour, lead, lift etc., as per standard Specification complete .

Hoisting of 120 KN Ordinary Insulators of 8 units with Single Tension Fitting including cost of all T & Ps, labour, lead, lift etc., as per standard Specification complete.

Arranging and availing line clear in HT/ LT/EHT lines during stringing and dismantling works including cost of all labour for lowering and re tensioning and jumper connections of HT/LT/EHT lines earthing, lead, lift, T&Ps etc., complete as per standard Specification complete.

Providing Temporary guys of independent arrangements for each cross arm including independent stay pits of standard dimensions wherever necessary including excavation, burying out of anchor for stay wire, tightening, dismantling the same after completion of works including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc complete.

Providing Trussles for road crossing, HT/LT line crossing and P&T line crossing including cost of all labour, lead, lift etc as per Instruction of TANTRANSCO Engineer at site complete.

Paying out, rough sagging , tensioning of 6 Nos ACSR Panther Conductor for clipping, transporting charges from store to site, loading and unloading charges, providing trussels at required intervals for paying out the conductor, providing vibration dampers at tension location, giving jumper connection including hire charges for major & minor Tools & Plant's all labour, lead, lift etc., as per standard Specification complete.

Labour charges for erection, testing and commissioning of OPGW 48 Fibre Cable as per technical specification including cost of all required tension clamp, suspension clamp, joint / junction boxes for OPGW and all accessories and instalation and stringing of OPGW including fixing hardware fittings and accessories etc complete., as per standard specification complete.

Labour charges for erection, testing and commissioning of OPGW - 24 Fibre DWSM cable, accessories per KM supply, erection, testing and commissioning and all accessories and instalation and stringing including fixing hardware fittings and accessories etc complete., as per standard specification complete.

Labour charges for Cutting and felling of Small size various type of trees complete.
