CARRIAGE OF MATERIALS up to 01 km By Mechanical Transport including loading, unloading and stacking

a) Lime, moorum, building rubbish, demolishaed material / rejected stone

b) Earth / Carriage of stone for filling the low lying area

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manualmeans in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m,including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soilas directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete

Supplying and stacking at site - Good earth

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excludingthe cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofshaving slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels,bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinthlevel up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering,finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights :

a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

b) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

c) Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

d) Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Reinforcement for RCC work ( Tor or Mild ) including bending, binding,straightening and placing in position complete (Tor / Mild steel will besuppliedby NFL free of cost).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of classdesignation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in allshapes and sizes in : Cement Mortar 1:4(1cement:4Coarse sand)

Cement Plaster in Fine Sand

12 mm cement plaster of mix : in 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means includingdisposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in -charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stackingof steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material with in 50 metres lead asper direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Extra for cutting reinforcement bars mannually / by Mechanical means inR.C.C. or R.B. work(Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area ofR.C.C. or R.B. work).As per Direction of Engineer in Charge

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking ofserviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metreslead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm anddisposal of scarified material within all lifts and lead upto 1km (by mechanicalmeans).

Hiring charges for Tractor with Trolley (including Operator, Diesel / Oil andaccessories like Plougher / Harrower / Land Levelling Machine etc. if requiredat site) Note: For hiring of 1st day shall be paid for full day from 8 to 5 PM and after that payment shall be made on hourly engaged period of machine only and for that a register is to be maintained mentioning the time period (running) of machine.

Hydraulic Excavator - Hiring charges for JCB ( Mechanical Excavator ) withOperator, Diesel / Oil for excavation / dozing.

Vibratory roller 8 to 10 tonne - Hiring charges for Vibratory Roller for rollingover Filling (Earth / Sand / Stone / Morrum / Wet mix Macaddam / Water BoundMacadam etc.) with Operator, Diesel / Oil etc.

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlockingpaver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strongvibratory compaction, of approved s;ze, design & shape, laid in requiredcolour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarsesand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction ofEngineer-in-charge. Note- Size, Shape, Colour & Laying Pattern of Paver Block shall be decidedby NFL Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature,jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including makingjoints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall notto more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever requiredcomplete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerbedging shall be measured for payment). (size and shape of Precast C.C. kerbstone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes withcollars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete :

300 mm dia. R.C.C. pipe

450 mm dia. R.C.C. pipe

Execution of any job non-susceptible to measurement which includes all minor consumable material, tools and tackles and the payment shall be onbasis of working hours (Major consumable / material shallbe supplied by NFLand the decision of the Engineer-in-Incharge in this regard shall be final.) (PerDay means 8 hours/day)

a) Skilled ( Mason / Carpenter / Plumber / Technician etc.)

b) Unskilled.

Note: (1) GST shall be paid extra as per NIT. (2) Bidders may take care of Clause No. 1.6.0 of GTC & 1.8.0 of STC while quoting the Rates. (3) Bidders must read all the Clauses of STC and Scope of work before quoting rates.
