All kinds of soil with depth up to 1.5m below average Ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth up to a lead of 1 Kilometer.

Supplying & placing Filcrete using cement sand in proportion of 1:15 at temperature not exceeding 38 deg C for filling at all elevation inclusive of all labour, batching, mixing, transportation, material, compaction, pumping, curing etc all complete as per specification, drawing and as directed by the Engineer In-charge.

Supplying and injecting with approved quality chemical emulsion at the rates and concentrations as per IS 6313-2001 Part II for preconstructional anti termite treatment and creating a chemical barir under and alround the masonry pits, masonry foundations, wall trenches, plinth filling, junctions of wall and floor, expansion joints, surfaces of RCC works for a depth of min. 500mm from the finished ground level, surrounding of pipes, conduits etc., walls retaining soil above floor level, apron and drain along the perimetre of the building including all byeworks complete as per specification/IS 6313:2001 and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Only ground floor plinth area of the building will be measured for the payment in the following three stages. i) 20% after completion of the foundations ii) 50% after completion of the ground floor flooring iii) 30% after completion of all treatment works including ground floor doors & windows. Work to be executed by M/s Pest Control (India) or any other approved agency and specified guarantee for 6 (six) years shall be furnished by the tenderer. Payment will be cleared only after submission of Guarantee.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete M20 grade using 300 kg/cum of PPC, 20mm maximum size graded aggregates and washed crushed stone sand including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per specifications. Dosage of PCE based admixture as per workability requirment at site conditions. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Polycarboxylate ether (PCE) based chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in- charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility. 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/ downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F.

Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine washed crushed graded stone aggregates and washed crushed stone sand including testings as per QAP, weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, 14 days curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footing, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Polycarboxylate ether (PCE) based chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility. 2. M30 grade with 380 kg of PPC per cu.m. of concrete upto plinth level

Providing straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost and testing of reinforcement steel at thrid party NABL lab. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.

Providing 40mm thick concrete flooring with metalic concrete hardner topping at all levels and floors consisting of underlayer of 28mm thick cement concrete 1:1:2 (1 part Cement : 1 part Fine aggregate : 2 part Coarse aggregate of 12.5mm and below size) by volume, top layer of 12mm thick 1:2 mix (1 part cement with metallic hardener of Hardonate / Ironite or approved equivalent : 2 parts of stone aggregate of 6mm nominal size by volume) (metallic hardener and cement mixed ratio is 1:4) prepared as per manufacturer's instructions including chipping the concrete surface, finishing, curing, providing aluminium dividing strips, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area etc. complete all as per specifications and drawings.

Dismantling Plain Cement concrete by mechanical means at all levels, carefully without damaging adjacent structures including disposal of debris with 500m lead, labour, tools required etc. complete in all respects as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing/chipping and cleaning of existing concrete carefully by low impact high frequency hammer without damaging the existing concrete or by control sand blasting including cleaning the surface by air jet, disposal of debris with 500m lead etc. complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (for payment area of R.C.C member before chipping/ removing loose concrete will be measured).

RCC members of average thickness upto 100mm

Providing and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer of approved quality and make (After its reacting period, cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc. complete) on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement by wire brushing and washing with clean water to remove loose rust spalls, As per the recommendation of manufacturer complete as per direction of Engineerin-charge. for Payment exposed length of reinforcement will be measured. The material shall be brought from manufacturer in original sealed container. (Alkaline rust converting primer - REEBAKLENS RR of FOSROC / Sika Rustoff 100 of Sika / BASF/ Pidilite/ Krishna Conchem or equivalent).

Providing and Applying two coats of epoxy based zinc rich anticorrosive Treatment of Reinforcement by any approved make rebar corrosion protection system to existing reinforcement within 24 hours of surface preparation and second coating immediately after drying of first coat(The application shall be by brush). Process is to be complete as per the recommendation of manufacturer and direction of Engineer-in-charge for payment exposed length of reinforcement will be measured. The material shall be brought from manufacturer in original sealed container. (Product - NITOZINC PRIMER of FOSROC / Friazinc® R of Sika/ MasterEmaco P 130 of BASF or equivalent of pidilite & Krishna Conchem).

Providing , mixing & applying two component Epoxy resin concrete Bonding coat on prepared RCC surface as per manufacture specification including prepartion of surface by chipping and throughly cleaning of surface complete wherever required and as per direction of ngineer-in-charge.Epoxy material should be conforming to A S T M-881-887 Type 1,Grade 1, class B or C. The material shall be brought from manufacturer in original sealed container.(Product: MasterBrace1414 of BASF/Sikadur 32LP OF SIKA/Nitobond EP Of fosroc or equivalent of pidilite). NOTE:The new concrete/plastering shall be placed to the coated substrate,when it is in a tacky state.

Providing and laying ready to use non-shrink cementitious free flow micro concrete of Compressive strength ≥ 45 MPa (28 days) and flow ≥ 500mm of approved make and manufacture complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge for replacing the existing concrete and repairing damaged concrete surface after fix the form work across the profile of damaged structural element. Pour the free flow non-shrink Cementitious free flow micro concrete mixed with water as per manufacturer recommendation in the form work and stirring continously using paddle mixer or other mechanical mixer and consuming within 20 minutes of mixing or as per manufacture recommnedation. 12 mm aggregate around 50% of powder content shall be added during mixing of microconcrete. All repaired concrete surfaces shall be cured for 14 days moist curing.. The material shall be tested as per QAP. Payment shall be made on the basis of consumed dry material of micro concrete mix. (Product :- Renderock RG of Fosroc/ SikaRep® Microcrete -4 of Sika / MasterEmaco S-346 of BASF or equivalent of Pidilite)

Without addition of aggregate

Providing watertight shuttering using plywood of 10mm to 12mm thick with suitable wood runner, joint and with provision for pouring micro concrete. The formwork shall be fixed to lines and dimension to get finished edges and stable to retain the form shape and resist leakage under hydraulic pressures of micro concrete complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing double Tubular scaffolding system using H-Frames / APS system or (cup lock type) on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runers, conection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safely features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. 2) The buildings having maximum height of 10m and the contractor has to observe all safety procedure while working on heights as per I.S. 3696 (Part-I) 1987. (Safety Code for scaffolds). 3) All working platform must be of minimum 600 mm wide, made of M.S pipe and must have guard rails as per specification. 4) Screen of suitable material shall be provided to the full height of scaffolding and securely tied to protect falling objects coming out during the repair work is in progress. 5) To protect workers on lower platform against falling objects from higher level over head protection should be provided on the scaffolds.6) Necessary aluminium/ M.S. ladder shall be provided at the cost of the contractor, to the full height of scaffolding at required location around the building to enable Departmental Supervisor/Engineer climb up and closely watch the repair work of the building.

Repairs to internal/ external plastering over brick work/ concrete at all locations and all lifts using Polymer modified cement repair mortar including preparing the surface by hacking the surface for better adhesion, providing glass fibre mesh or chicken reinforcement, if any required, applying bond coat, filling/plastering with polymer modified repair mortar in layers using approved polymers, curing, cleaning of floor/windows thoroughly on completion of repair work etc., all complete as detailed below as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a) Surface Preparation: Preparing the wall surface by chipping of unsound/ weak /loose plaster surface mortar with manual Chisel and/ or by mechanical means at all lifts including cutting/trimming of edges to provide firm vertical faces, making square shoulders of cavities, cleaning the exposed surface to make surface dust free, disposal of debris within 2 Km lead. b) Bond Coat: Applying SBR based bond coat of make MC Bauchemie (Naufufill-SBR) or FOSROC (Nitobond SBR) or FAB Chemical (Mixbond SBR) or Bostik (Boscocem 475) or Ultratech (Xtracrete). Mixing ratio of chemicals, consumption and application shall be as per manufacturer specifications. c) Application of repair mortar: Building up with polymer modified cement repair mortar of ratio 1:4 (1 part of cement : 4 parts of sand) and adding admixtures in recommended proportion of make MC Bauchemie (Naufufill- SBR) or FOSROC (Nitobond SBR) or FAB Chemical (Mixbond SBR) or Bostik (Boscocem 475) or Ultratech (Xtracrete). Mixing ratio of chemicals, consumption and application shall be as per manufacturer specifications (minimum 2% by wt. of cement shall be used).

12mm average thickness - Plain plaster

Providing and applying painting Two coats on plain plaster work at all levels with cement paint (Snowcem or Equivalent approved brand, and manufacturer) to give an even shade including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding, curing complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats on Structural Steel members and other required internal surface at all levels with Synthetic enamel paint (Asian or approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of Existing aluminium windows, doors, glass partitions, ventilators, handrails at all levels by suitable means to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. It includes removing dust, paint, cementicious materials etc,

Providing and fixing in position 25mm thick bitumen impregnated fibre board (Shalitex or approved equivalent) confirming to IS:1838 in expansion joints complete as per specifications and drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, mixing and caulking areas at and around penetrations, Embedded Parts, construction joints, expansion joints and at locations as specified in the drawings, including preparation of surfaces and edges, applying appropriate primer, backstop, Tape, masking tapes, supply of necessary tools, equipment, scaffolding, manpower etc. all complete as per specifications drawings and as directed by the Engineer In-charge using:

Approved Bitumastic compound joint sealant for foundation, grade slab

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment's/pipe and sleeves/penetration etc. Using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, square sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / sythetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing and fixing chicken-mesh reinforcement of 1.5mm dia steel wire with hexagonal or rectangular openings of 10 to 13mm, fixing using nails, including cutting of required sizes complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of corrosion inhibiting capsules over existing RCC members like beams, column and slab of make conchem labs " CorroTab" or equivalent. The corrosion inhibiting Capsules should be conforming to JIS Z 1535 for accelerated corrosion test. This item includes scaffoling, staging, marking in existing concrete surface, drilling of 20mm dia holes upto depth of 30mm using drill machine at required spacing, cleaning the holes with blower, insltalling the capsules in the drilled holes as per the manufactures specification and sealing the holes with non srink epoxy putty at all level and elevations and as directed by Engineer in charge. Note: no additional cost will be payable for test of corrosion inhibiting capsules.
