Earth work in foundation in dry ordinary soil (loam /clay/sand) including lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 30m including backfilling, watering and ramming of excavated earth with removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Enginner-in-Charge upto a ditance of 30m from the foundation trenches.

Earth work in embankment by power transported earth with a lead upto 5.00 Km. including excavation, loading, unloading, manual compaction, dressing and all lifts complete excluding royalty will be applicable from time to time on Govt. orders.

Plain Cement Concrete with stone grit in 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 stone grit of 40 mm gauge) including cost of all Material, Labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying Cement concrete in 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone grit 20mm guage) including supply of all material labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Cement Concrete with Stone grit in M20- 1:1.50:3 ( 1 cement : 1.50 Coarse Sand : 3 Stone grit 20 mm. Gauge) in R.C.C. work including cost of all material, labour, and T&P etc. and excluding cost of centering and shuttering and reinforcement.

Steel Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including Bending, Binding and placing of reinforcement with cost of all material, labour T&P etc. reqired for proper completion of work.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Making Sub-Grade for pitching work including watering, compaction and preparation of surface.

Providing and laying 1st Layer of Fine Aggregate (2.36mm Guage and Below) Stone Grit below stone boulder pitching including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying 2nd layer of 6.7/5.6 mm Guage Stone Grit below stone boulder pitching including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying and packing of 0.30 m thick stone boulder pitching on slope of canal including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Plantation of different types of plants with HDPE Iron support Tree Guard including cost of gobar khad, nirai, gurai, watering T&P etc. including cost of plants and maintenece in two stages complete.

Mild Steel Iron Grill of Approved Quality and drawing for Railing , Gate, Window and Ventilator Grill including supply of all material, fabrication, labour, T&P etc. in all respect as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge for proper completion of the work.

Painting in 1st and 2nd coat on steel surface upto 10 cm in grith or width with superior synthetic enamel such as Luxol 3, Hi-Gloss Apcolite, Superlac, Dulux specified brushing to give an even shade after applying priming coat including preparing the surface by thoroughly clearing oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brush/steel scrapper / sand papering/ knotting including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Raking out joints of masonary surface to the required width and depth, with due care and precaution, by mechanical/ manual; means, including preparing and cleaning the surface for re-pointibg / refilling of joints, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50m lead.

Providing and fixing double scaffoling system (cup lock type) type on the exterior side of building/srtucture , up to 25 m height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40 mm dia MS tube, placed 1.5 m centre to center, horizontal and vertical tubes joint with cup and lock system with MS tubes, MS tube challis, MS clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaning it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracing, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required , if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essental safety features for the work men etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning the masonary surface and removing dirt, dust, bird dropping, grease, oil, algae, fungus, monkey beats, vegetable growth etc. including providing, applying and washing the surface with liquid Ammonia chemical of 5% solution and other chemical cleaning agent as approved by Archaeological Survey of India/ Enginner-in-Charge, of approved brand and manufacturer, with the help of required scrubbers and also cleaning with machine operated water jet mixed with desired quantity of fine silica where ever required, without causing any scratching / damage to the masonary surface and finally washing the surface with clean water with the help of pressure jet machine, complete in all respect, including taking all precautions to safeguard ventilators, windows, doors etc. by suitable covering so as to avoid any damage to the building/ structure, all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (The rate inclusive of all materials & labours involved except scaffolding).

Providing and applying antifungal wash treatment using 3% solution of sodium pentachlorophenate, of reputed brand and manufacturer, on cleaned masonary surface at desired locations as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (The rate is inclusive of all materials & labours involved except scaffolding).

Ruled / Flush pointing on masonry surface with lime, surkhi and marble dust mortar in the ratio of 1:1.5:1/2 { one lime : 1.5 surkhi (50% red and 50% light yellow surkhi) : 1/2 marble dust}. (The rate is inclusive of all materials & labours involved except scaffolding). pt. scaffolding).

Applying two or more coat of Ethyl Silicate chemical as approved by Archaeological Survey of India / Engineer-in-Charge, of approved brand and manufaturer, with brush or spray on the existing masonry surface till there is no further absorption of chemical by masonry surface, including protecting the applied surface from direct sunlight by suitable means during application, all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (The rate is inclusive of all materials & labours involved except scaffolding).

Applying breathable, non-reactive, antifungal, and water repellant Silane/ Siloxane chemical as approved by Archaeological Survey of India / Engineer-in-Charge, of approved brand and manufaturer, diluted with solvent mineral Turpentine oil in the ratio of 1:12 (One part of approved chemical : 12 part of Turpentine oil), on the existing masonary surface with two or more coats to give uniform application of chemical on the surface, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (The rate is inclusive of all materials & labours involved excep scaffolding).

Cement Treated Subbase with 2% Cement providing, Laying and spreading Material on a prepared sub grade, adding cement @ 2% by weight to the spread Material manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub base.

Cement treeted Water Bound Macadam (G-III) providing, laying and spreading Material on prepared sub grade, adding cement @ 4% by weight to the spread Material manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub base/ base Cement treeted water Bound Macadam (G-III)

Tack Coat Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on primed/ Granular surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503

20 mm thick Open-Graded Permix Carpet using Bituminous (penetration grade/midified bitumen) Binder providing , laying and rolling of open - graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type-C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Seal Coat Providing, laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bitumenious surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510.
