Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8(40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for reinforced cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour Mild steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 7 as above but 6mm to 10mm dia in stirrups complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing GI pipe with all fittings and fixed complete to walls as in frame work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour Framed brackets of angles, channels or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.
