Dismantling, Shifting, Cleaning ,Inspection, Modification, Re-assembling, Erection and Commissioning including minor overhauling of EOT Crane (Capacity-2 Ton),Qty-01 No. from Station workshop to Bay no-1 of ARG section of 506 workshop on turnkey basis.Scope of work Complete dismantling of Bridge girder, End carriage and Trolley including all platform, festoon system, Hook block, Power and control cable including cable trays, all driving and trailing system, Power and control cables, junction box etc .Cleaning and inspection of all assembles , Modifying the total height of the crane assembly , size of Bridge girder and associated sub assemblies to suit the site of the ARG section, strengthening of Gantry girder of ARG Section for smooth and safe operation of EOT Crane, Supply and installation of Shrouded DSL System , Overhauling of all dismantled components, re-erection and lignment of all driving and trailing system, replacement of damaged component , Commissioning load testing and trail run test including all required tools ,tackles safety gadgets and Crane etc. Lifting Height – 8 mtr,Bay Length of ARG Section – 80 mtrs.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrods of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically(earth pit not less than 3.35 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 2.75 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts nuts check nuts and GI washers of Galvanised iron protected by steel pipe 15mm (light grade) all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part-I and connecting to earthing test point (earth test point to be provided at 5 mtr distance from earth pit) and testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work. Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire, armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor 25 Sqmm 4 core.

Supply and fixing new generation energy saving IP 66 street light luminiaries withlong life versatile pressure die-cast aluminium road way luminaire complete all accessories ,connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable all as specified & directed with high power LED 60 watt light , aerodynamically designed with better thermal management,all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. Make- HAVELLS/ BAJAJ/ CROMPTION/ WIPRO.

Disconneting /removing of old SV / MV street light fitting from pole/wall complite all as specified and directed.

Disconneting and Refixing the SV / MV street light fitting at same location or any other location, connecting with electric feeder and testing for functioning enganging sufficient manpower and tool/plant etc to ensure safety of light /pole as well as working persons complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire ,armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor 10 Sqmm 4 core.

Excavation in trenches in soft loose soil including cutting road surfaces n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for poles, stay, cable, pipe etc getting out all as specified.

Returning filling including spreading and well ramming in layers each n.exc 25 cm thick in soft loose soil all as specified.

Removal of surplus/spoil on a distance n.exc 25 cm thick in soft loose soil all as specified.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm laid in trenches for under ground cable all as specified.

M&L for Sand cushioning trenches using fine sand to under ground cable, laid in two layers 15cm before laying the cable & 8cm after laying the cable complete all as specified.

Supply & fix junction box of size 205x255x112 mm CRCA sheet as required at site with necessary clamps nuts, bolts and washers with 200 amps rated aluminium bus bar suitable for MCB single pole 20 to 32 Amp complete with necessary fitting arrangements on steel tubular poles all as specified and directed. Make : SYNTEX/ HENSEL/ SPELS BERG or any CPRI approved.

Supply & fix IN REPLACMENT MCB SP C series 6 to 32 amp complete all as directed.

Schedule of credit amount of Rs. 74,900.00 to be deducted during AOC
