Dismantling of singel layer mangalor pattern tiles in roofing

Dismantling of battans for tiles of any size including tilting fillets spacing exc. 15 cm

Dismantling timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in section and at any position as in unframed work

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails

Demolition of PCC block /stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar

M&L for taking down existing water proofing treatment of any description and layers from wall/roofs including screed bed or bedding layers of mortar, concrete in any position complete and cleaning the surfaces by grinder to make it smooth and even, free from dust and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and clearing the premises complete all as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick Plaster on RCC roof slab with CM ( 1:4 ) including water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement shall be carried out as specified and directed (WPC paid seperatly).

M&L for preparing plastered surfaces, applying uniform coat of primer@ 0.25 Kg/Sqm and applying water proofing treatment on roof/wall edges and vertical surfaces, using 3 mm thick APP modified bitumen based prefabricated water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyster matt black finished weighing not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm with torch application and 10 cm overlap both ways complete, further apply a coat of bituminious reflective aluminium paint as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as directed.

S&F 0.63mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with cranked hook bolts in roofs, walls etc.

S&F for 0.63mm thick plain galvanised, mild steel sheeting as in ridge,hips,valley gutters ,drip and straight flashings class-2

M&L for 2nd class hard wood, 20 to 25 mm thick weather boarding clean sawn, rebated on thick edge to give 20 mm laps and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing roof tiles Mangalore pattern interlocking at side joints, laid dry in patches where required all as specified and directed.

M & L for 4mm thick non Asbestos cement plain sheet 600 x 600 for ceiling on anodized aluminium grid work 610 x 610 mm with using 36.5mmx23.5mmx1.5mm thick main tee, 23.5 x23.5mmx1.28mm cross tee and 25x25x1.5mm angles fixed to perimeter of wall for false ceiling including necessary supporting hanger with 3.0mm dia GI wire and 'J' bolts washer nuts for securing frame work to ceiling suspended @ 120 cm C/C both ways, size of grid shall be 610x610mm on RCC slopping, including two coats of White wash and preparation of surfaces.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L precast cement concrete block masonry exc. 10 cm width with solid block C5 Grade and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide primer including preparation of new steel/iron surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for pre painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an coloure having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering fixed with J-type or L- type or cranked hook bolts drilled with the screws and fixed in horizontal or verticle sections complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for
