REPAIRS MAINTENANCE SERVICING OF TRANSFORMER 33 11 KV, VCBS, CALIBRATION, UG CABLE, INVERTERS, POLES AND CONNECTED HT WORKS AT PH-III (U AND L DAHUNG, DUM DUM NALLA, MH, MES OFFICES AND MESSES) AT GE TENGA

Supply, erecting and fixing in replacement of true vertical position, steel tubular swaged pole (410 SP-55) 11.0 tr long, complete the cast iron base plate, pole cap/ finial taper plug, bots, nuts and washers, welded reduced section and longitudinal weld throughout entire length of pole inclding 2 coats of black bituminous paint externally to planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole shall be provided wih two coats of aluuminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed, (Numbering of the poles shall be done with synthetic enameled painted letter of shape & size as directed.) Note:- excavation incl earth work and PCC foundation will measured and paid separately.

M &L in replacement of switch air break gang operated triple pole mechanically operated mounted on HT insulators (12 insulator type) with drop out fuse and MS galvanised steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level incl operating rod and operating handle with 11 KV insulation for current rating up to 200 Amp 11000 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of 11 KV Silicon polymeric composite Disc insulator B & S type incl galvanised mild steel strap (38 mm X 5 mm), insulator bolts 20mm dia with suitable washers and nut, suitable for working pressure upto 12 KV as per IS 731/1971 or latest amendment complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of 11 KV silicon polymeric pin insulator, including one galvanized mild steel spindle towo galvanised ironwashers and one galvanised iron nut, 11000 volt grade suitable for working pressure 12 KV as per IS 731/1971 or latest amendment complete all as specifid and as directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and laying in replacement galvanised tube light grade ISI marked of size 100 mm dia incl all fittings in trenches/ fixed on pole/ wall/ floor or laid in position complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in replacement for earthing complete with galanized steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL with top edge of the plate not less thatn 1.5 mtr below normal GL and connected to earth plate. Earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick pakced layers of charcoal dust and common salt upto 1.5 mtr depth all around the earth plate and connected to earth led of GI strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, uts, check nuts and washers of galvd iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth lead connected to equipments and watering pipe 20 mm bore GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, including all neessary excavation and earth work PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 and RCC cover and testing of earthing complete and all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule Pt I of 2009 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in replacement earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode (600 mm x 60 mm x 3.15 mm) thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL with top edge of the plate not less thatn 1.5 mtr below normal GL and connected to earth plate. Earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick pakced layers of charcoal dust and common salt upto 1.5 mtr depth all around the earth plate and connected to earth lead of copper strip 20 x 3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvd iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth lead connected to DB and protected by galvanized iron or steel pipe light grade 50 mm bore and water pipe 20 mm bore GI and RCC cover and all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule Pt I of 2009 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for disconnecting power supply from HT VCB/ OCB/ RMU of capacity 33 KV for repair works. Taking out trolly unit & complete servicing of the VCB through decarbonsing, cleaning the male/ female isolating contacts, lubricating moving part, cleaning with CRC removing dust bolts of entire trolly checking proper operation of trolly including checking of all electrical parts and replacment of all unserviceable part, inserting trolley inside and testing on load complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for disconnecting power supply from HT VCB/ OCB/ RMU of capacity 11 KV for repair works. Taking out trolly unit & complete servicing of the VCB through decarbonsing, cleaning the male/ female isolating contacts, lubricatin moving part, cleaning with CRC removing dust bolts aof entire trolly checking proper operation of trolly including servicing, calibration of all type control relays such as digital earth fault/ over current relay, IDMT relay master trip relay other Aux relays, etc fixed on 11 KV VCB/ OCB/RMU for over current and earth fault settings with all respects and making all tripping setting time delay setting , for smooth functioning of all controls of HT panel including servicing of CTs, PTs, testing with primary injection test kit for load settings and timings of relays, setting tripping and closing of VCB/RMU/ SF-6 breakers complete checking of all electrical parts and replacing all unserviceable part, inserting trolley inside and testing on load complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for disconnecting & taking out old/defective current Transformer from 11 KV VCB panel, indoor, resin cast epoxy tpe of 18.4 KA/Sec havig ratio 100/5+5 amps or 60/5+5A suitable for metering and protection equipment installed on control panels including connection with control cables as per site requirement upto control panels terminals block and fitting on bus bar section having class of accuracy 5P 10 burden 15 VA complete all as specified and directed
