Materials and Labour for rendering 5 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls, at any height with ensuring safety measures complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

Material and labour for plastering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces applying 1.5 mm thick wall care putty and rubbing with sand paper to achieve a level and smooth to wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4).

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab 15-18mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over and including 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:3)

Materials and Labour for, Digital Non - skid Ceramic tiles, coloured, 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm,conforming to IS 15622, Grade B II, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4),complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Marble flooring (Makrana white) 18-20mm thick machine cut, bedded jointed and pointed with grey cement slurry including cutting and polishing laid over cement screed base laid and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4).

Demolition of brick work built in CM including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removing the rubbishes off the premises

M & L for brick work with Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to exceeding 6m mean radius, built in 1:6 cement mortar complete all as specified.

In this regard GE's decision will be final.
