| 1 | Material and labour for servicing /testing of 33 KV GIS panel including CT, PT and relays in 33 KV GIS panel of capacity 1250 Amp and rating 33 KV complete as details mentioned as under ( 04 Nos in comer , 03 Nos Bus coupler , 07 Nos outgoings, 04 Nos Transformers outgoings , 03 Nos Bus riser. (a) Details of servicing of breaker :-
(i) Adjustment of mechanism if required.
(ii) Clean the circuit breaker to remove dust and dirt. The envelope of the vacuum interrupter and insulating materials shall be wiped with a clean cloth.
(iii) Apply a small amount of oil to rotary sections, sliding surfaces, pins, coupling section, etc.use grease for the operating shaft and bearings, and machine oil for other parts.
(iv) Check for rust and wear.
(v) Check Spring Tension and pitting of the Cluster Contacts.
(vi) Visual check for rust and deformation.
(vii) Check for loosened bolts and nuts, broken spring washers and snap pins etc.
(viii) Check for loosened connections, rust, damaged lead wires.
(ix) Check whether the contacts are damaged by arcing.
(x) Checking of control circuit & tighten the connections if any.

(xiv) Improvement of resistance of epoxy insulator and epoxy body by applying post heated varnish.

(b) The following test shall be carried out:-
(i) Primary Injection Test of CT / PT
(ii) Closing & Opening Timing Test for all three poles.
(iii) IR Test with megger in open and closed condition.
(iv) Contact resistance test for all three poles
(v) Closing coil resistance
(vi) Tripping coil resistance.
(c) Testing of following relays of control panel with Secondary Injection Kit ,checking and programming of relay :-
(i) Over current and earth fault relay
(d) Testing of followig Aux relay
(i) DC Supply supervision relay.

| 3 | Testing the cables with high voltage DC testing machine and locating the fault in the cables by fault locating machine to pin point exact position of fault, disconnecting faulty 33 KV HT cables of different sizes from both ends, removal of Fault, Re-connections and testing of cables after removal of fault complete all as specified and directed.
Note-: (a) 33/11 KV HT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule.
(b) Retrieved old serviceable cable cover will be laid in trenches for cable protection. If extra PCC cover and sand required at site shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQs.
(c) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule. | 18 | Each job | - | - |
| 4 | Material and labour for emergency maintenance work of 33 KV yard during breakdown by deploying skilled labourer and electricians at faulty site having Gang of minimum 6 persons and transportation including hydraulic machine and other tools and plant required at site for fault rectification.
Note:- Contractor or his rep shall come to the site of breakdown within one hour of notification of breakdown . In case the rep or contractor shall not come to the site of breakdown and start attending breakdown within 1.00 hour a penalty of Rs 1000 per fault per hour will be imposed over contractor and will be deduct from his dues. | 6 | Each job | - | - |
