Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with grader in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing, Laying and spreading Material on a prepared base (WMM), cement @ 1% and 3.5% emulsion by weight to the spread material manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired uncofined compressive strength and to form a layer of base.

Providing and applying tack coat with VG_10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of @ 0.20 Kg per sqm. kg per sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with hydraulic broom .

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam Grading 2, Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Bituminous Concrete Grading 2, Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulder with approved material obtained from borrowpits with all lifts and leads,spreading,grading to required slope and compected to meet requirement of table 300-2.

Providing ,supplying & fixing of 80mm thick I shaped ordinary gray 445/446 machanically compressed inter locking cement concrete pavers block manufactured by high pressure & controlled vibration machine having plain dimension 200x(160+120mm) with minimum 5mm thich topping of P.P.Cement mixed with 25% marbel powder .The compressive strength of concrete paver blocks shall not be less than 30MPa & 4.5kg/ including cost of 3cm thick bedding sand layer under the C.C. PAVER BLOCK ( as per IRC SP-83,2006) and including cost of all material labour T&P etc required of proper complition of work as directed by E/I

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work.

Laying reinforced cement concrement pipe for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement motar 1:2 but excluding excavation,protection works,back filling, concrete and masonary works in head walls (600 mm dia NP-3 hume pipe )

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3) on brickwork in sub structure & super structure as per drawing and technical specification clauses 613.3 , 1204 and 1208.4

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4) 15 mm thick on brickwork in substructure/ superstracutre as per technical specification clauses 613.4 & 1204

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete in super structure as per drawing and technical specifications clause 800, 1205.4 and 1205.5 (M-20)

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications clauses.
