CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH NYLON NEWAR (Drg No FD-220)

Removing old existing unserviceable elbow 3 way of charpoy and S&F new GI 3 way elbow med grade ISI marked (Weighing not less than 450 gms) complete all as shown on drawing & as directed .

Removing old existing unserviceable GI check nut of charpoy and supply and fix new GI med grade check nut 12mm thick of appropriate size complete all as specified & as directed.

Removing old unserviceable long rail from existing charpoy and S&F new long rail of 32mm dia medium grade GI pipe, and threading the same 30mm long at one end and 52mm long at other end and fixing in position complete all as shown on drawing and & as directed .

Cutting and converting the old unserviceable long rail as retrieved from Sl No 1.03 here-in-before into two short rails and fixed to charpoy GI pipe duly threaded 30mm long at both side end including removal of old and broken short rails complete all as specified and shown on drg and & as directed.

Cutting and converting the old unserviceable short rail into two legs and fixed to charpoy GI pipe duly threaded 30mm long at one side end and providing 5 mm thick round MS plate by smooth welding to bottom of the legs after removal of old existing broken legs complete all shown on drg and & as directed.

Removing of old existing unserviceable nylon newar from charpoy, tightening of all loose components and S&F of two stifferners made out of MS Flat iron of size 50mm x 6 mm thick (painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer) with 10 Nos appropriate size stainless steel nut and bolts complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Replacement of u/s GI Elbow & check nut shall be measured and paid under item No 1.01 & 1.02 respectively here in above.

S&F 12mm thick commercial plywood 6'6"x3' BWR grade with half round polished teakwood edging fixed by headless nails and dendrite, fixed to charpoy with suitable size stainless steel nut & bolts of minimum 10 Nos including making holes complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Contractor shall submit purchase voucher and manufacturer test certificate for plywood.

Removing old u/s plywood from Charpoy GI pipe with plytop and S&F 12mm thick commercial plywood 6'6"x3' BWR grade with half round polished teakwood edging fixed by headless nails and dendrite, fixed to charpoy with suitable size stainless steel nut & bolts of minimum 10 Nos including making holes complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Contractor shall submit purchase voucher and manufacturer test certificate for plywood.

Removing old unserviceable newar from existing charpoy GI pipe, tightening of loose components of charpoy and reweaving of charpoy with new 50-55mm wide virgin quality pure white Nylon newar weaved in V-shape (not made out of recycled nylon) of approved quality having minimum weight not less than 1.6 Kg per charpoy, closely inter-knitted from both sides and all joints must be stitched with nylon thread duly covered with a piece of leathrite suitable size complete all as specified & & as directed. Note:- Quality of Nylon newar shall exclusively as per sample kept with GE (W) Delhi Cantt).(FD-220)

CHAIR VERANDAH (FD-359 & 256)

Cutting and removing of old cane/newar from Chair verandah and applying one coat of synthetic enamel white paint after preparation of steel surfaces and re-canning in Godrej pattern with cane plastic 04 mm wide of approved quality complete all as shown on drawing and directed. (Make of Plastic cane : Aryan/Shah/Premier).

Welding to broken joints of Chair varandah all as directed.

S&F in replacement PVC shoes as approved to Chair Verandah all as shown on drg.

Deduct Credit: for demolished/dismantled material of (-) Rs 41100.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part II (Credit Schedule) Note: Tenderer's shall not quote against this item. The amount of Credit Schedule is tentative, however the same shall be considered to arrive at the contract sum
