M&L for on site servicing cum overhauling of 11 KV indoor VCB of rating upto 800 Amps indoor type including the following connected items complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge:- (a) Cleaning of vaccum circuit breakers with electrical contact cleaner like CRC 2-26 or equivalent. (b) Check the condition of SIC contacts (d) Checking condition and alignment of jaw contact. (e) Checking and proper tightening of hardware (as reqd) (f) Checking proper closing of all pole togethers (g) Checking of CT & PT (h) Busbar cleaning and re-insulating with sleeves, checking electrical circuit and relay setting (j) Checking of breaker tripping through push button (k) Checking and resetting others electrical and mechanical mechanism (l) Testing of panel e.g. CRM, IRM, relay test with current injection, relay time test and other operational test etc. (m) Replacement of existing neoprene rubber gasket of the enclosure with new one with existing type & size. Note: - Spare parts excluding wiring shall be measured & paid separately.

M&L for testing and calibration of trippling mechanism sysstem by injecting kit and setting of over current and earth fault as per peak load complete including providing of "Test Reports" of the tested eqpts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of close coil/Shunt Coil of 11 KV VCBs complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Make : ABB or equivalent make of Schneider/L&T etc

M&L for replacement of IDMT relay REJ601/5A of 11 KV VCBs complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Make : ABB or equivalent make of Schneider/L&T/Areva etc

M&L for replacement of Voltmeter 0-500 Volts of 11 KV VCBs complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Make : ABB or equivalent make of Schneider/L&T etc

M&L for replacement of Ampmeter 0-800 Volts of 11 KV VCBs complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Make : ABB or equivalent make of Schneider/L&T etc

M & L for replacement of HT vacuam interrupter suitable for 11 KV VCB, 630 Amps indoor VCB complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M & L for replacement of connecting assembly of vacuam interrupter suitable for 11 KV VCB, 630 Amps indoor type complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 33 KV single phase outdoor type combined Resin cast CT & PT of ratio 300/5A Class 0.5-3 Burden 50 VA -50 VA insulation level 28/75 KV voltage factor 1.2 Cont and 1.9 for 30 Sec conforming to IS - 3156 complete all as specified.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of 11 KV single phase indoor type Resin cast CT of Ratio 400/5 - 5A class 1.0 - 5P 10 burden 15 VA - 15 Va insulation level 28 KV / 75 KV as per IS - 2705 complete all as specified.

M & L for replacement of contact auxilary for 11 KV VCB, 630 Amps indoor type complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M & L for replacement of spring charging handle for 11 KV VCB, 630 Amps indoor type complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M & L for replacement of indicator LED lamps for 11 KV VCB, 630 Amps indoor type complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M & L for replacement of trip button/closing button for 11 KV VCB, 630 Amps indoor type complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fix pin type plorelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nut , 266mm height and 240 mm dia for 33 KV grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Single disc type insulator assembly porcelain vitrous for tension with tession clamps for conductor working pressure 33000 Volts complete including taking down old unserviceable insulator all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for painting of VCB after cleaning the surface of VCBs/Bus Cuplor/Remote control Panel/Float cum booster charge by rubbing with emery paper to remove oil stains, dust etc and applying one coat of snthetic enamel paint to match the existing colour by spray paint including writing SM No/MES No. complete all as directed.

Supply and erection in repairs of three piece metal oxide lightning arrestor suitable for 33 kV continuous operating voltage (3 phase) with rated voltage 36 kV (rms) with nominal discharge current rating of 2.5 kA and complete with galvanised clamping arrangements, GI bolts, nuts, washers etc. complete as specified and as directed.

M &L for Triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 400 amps for 33000 volts Air break swicth with square shaft operating rotating type complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for replacement of TNC switch as per existing make and type and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of Annunciator display set complete for remote control panel of 33 KV VCB as per existing make and type and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F nominal 2.5 mm + 10% thick insulating mats made of elastomer conforming to IS-15652: 2006 and meeting the requirement of IS- 5216 (Part -1 & 2), IS 8437, IEC-479 Pub -1 along with suitable adhesive/ homebound, PV resin water proofing compound and sealing material as per recommendation of Annex 'A’, Class- 'C’ of IS- 15652 and suitable for class - B upto 33 kV complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F panel hooter DC/AC single phase complete all as specified.

M&L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 3.15 mm thick, buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 metre below normal groud level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to and including copper earth strip 20x3 mm by means of copper brazing and steel bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers protected with 40mm bore GI pipe light grade and 15 mm dia GI pipe for watering and earth pit surrounded by picked layer of coal and common salt, 15cm thick all around bottom and top, watering pipe of 20 mm bore of light grade with funnel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board and testing on completion including PCC (1:3:6) type C-2, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in earthing pit with RCC cover and framing including necessary earth work etc, complete all as specified. Note:- Resistance value should be less than 0.5 ohm.

Supply, fixing,laying earth continuty conductor of main eathing lead with copper strip 20 mm x 3.15 mm burries underground 0.5 mtr below GL and drawn in coduit/pipe or any other insulation for inter connecting of each special earthing with necessary jointing by means for copper rivet/nut, bolts and washers etc making test point and testing complete all as specified and as directed

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 3 mm thick for voltage upto 33 KV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 KV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fix in repair/replacement of alarm arrangement system for maximum demand indicator including all accessories such as maximum demand indicator with alarm contacts, class 0.5 with RS port, 2 output contact for alarm, type 4420 (Make : L&T) , electronic hooter, auxilary contactors and wiring complete all as specified and directred by Engr in Charge.

Dismentaling of ACSR (aluminium conductor galvanized steel-reinforced) of any size and type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing and stringing ACSR (aluminium conductor galvanized steel-reinforced) of any size and type in accordance with site requirement and binding on insulator by means of 22 gauge aluminium binding wire to permissible sag complete all as specified and as directed.

Servicing cum overhauling of outdoor SF6 Circuit Breakers with RMU unit including checking of all interconnection , operation etc tripping system etc complete upto 01 incommer and 03 outgoing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make CG/Areva

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint including taking down of old one complete.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for lying of cable etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note : No mechanical excavator for excavation shall be permitted at site, only manual excavation wiil be allowed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft/loose soil.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point.

Supply & spreading in trenches dry river sand cushioning to underground cable in trenches including spreading, levelling, punning down complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Depth of sand cushioning will be measured after punning down and levelling the sand properly.

Supply and lay dry well burnt locally available sub class 'B' bricks in trenches over sand cushioning for protection of UG cable complete all as per specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of Air termination rod, single pointed, copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Material and labour for filling up and spreading of graded coarse aggregate of nominal size 20 mm spreaded and levelled upto 15 cm above from the ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Material and labour for replacement of Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw
