Sweeping and mopping of the office floors (Flooring with ceramic/ marble / granite tiles) steps, staircases, handrails with scented cleaning agents including clearing and disposal of waste papers daily, Dusting and cleaning of files records in racks, furnitutres for twice in a week, cleaning of all partition walls, ceilings (Brick, wooden & Aluminium, Glazed), Staircase, hand rails, doors, windows, blinds, Name boards etc, removal of cobweb once in a month collecting and disposing all the wastes to outside of the office compleex with all general cleaning inside the office Floors etc.. complete as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of all labour, lobour uniforms, lead, lift, T&P, cost of all consumable materials such as cleaning powder, Broom sticks, Cobweb sticks, Bamboo baskets, Swabs, Mops, Dungry cloth, Buckets, cost of all consumables etc., complete.

Sweeping of open areas around Office buildings collection and removal of garbage and wastes from campus to outside office complex daily, all general outdoor cleaning with sprinkling of water, including removal of weeds and unwanted materials as directed by the Engineer at site including the cost of all labour, labour uniforms lead, lift, T&P, cost of all materials such as coconut brooms, Bamboo baskets,cost of all consumables etc.. ( To be carried out all working days).

Maintenance charges for cleaning the wash basins, water closets, urinals and floor and wall tiles by spraying of disinfectant and placing camphor balls and urinal scented screen in the urinals and wash basins, sweeping and cleaning the floor surface and side wall surface, gratings, neatly cleaning the sanitary duct, removing dirt/refuge and cobwebs and sweeping away the stagnated water at periodic intervals, including carrying out of other miscellaneous works during lean hours as directed by the Engineer incharge including materials for cleaning except phenyl. The toilet should always be clean, neat and tidy without any odur or foul smell.( 3 times in a day). A)Toilet floors includes cleaning of wall tiles and door /ventilators, removal of cobweb)

Trimming of Korean grass provided in lawns and road center median using Electric lawn mover, cutting the edges evenly, disposing of debris away from the site as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of Hire charges for lawn mover, labour charges, all T&P, lead & lift, etc, complete. (Power Supply to ELM will be given by departmentally at free of cost).

Trimming the Border plants using Scissors to the required shape, size and as directed by the engineer at site including cost of hire charges for all T & P materials, all labour charges for trimming, all lead, lift, transporting charges, disposing of debris away from the site etc, Complete.

Applying fertilizer and manure over the Korean lawn and border plants and around the flowering plants as directed by the engineer at site including cost of manure,fertilizers, all labourcharges, hire charges, safety appliances, all T&P, lead etc. complete.

Replacement of damaged or worn out plumbing fixtures with necessary adaptors. The rate includes the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete using the ISI Brand. A) 15mm dia CP taps (Short body)

Cleaning of open drain, storm water drain pipe culvert, box culvert etc. monthly once inside the plant area including cost of all cleaning materials, all lead, lift etc complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Sweeping and cleaning the plant area roads, pavement monthly twice including cost of all cleaning materials, lead, lift, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Cleaning of RCC water tank in power house building once in three months including cost of all cleaning materials lead, lift, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer at site. A) RCC tank of 69600 litres capacity

B) RCC Tank of 21,000 litres capacity

C) RCC Tank of 9,800 litres capacity

Dewatering of seepage water collected from cable trench, sump including transporting of motor, hose, extension hose, cost of wire, all labour, lead, lift etc. complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Cleaning of sewerage water collected in septic tank inside plant area and clearing sludge and disposing at a suitable place away from the plant using 6000lit capacity hired tank including cost of all cleaning materials, labour, lead, lift including cost of all consumables, all T&P's including removal of cover slab and refixing the same and finishing etc., complete as instructed by the Engineer at site.

Taking daily samples from TWAD Board Raw water inlet, two Nos neutralisaiton pit, 6Nos STP's inlet and outlet of ETPS, readings such as maximum and minimum temperature, rain fall, humidity wind direction and taking fortnight samples for detecting the noise level from Air cooled system STG area, near outer compound wall, and near the entrance gate and taking monthly samples for detecting Ambient air quality for analysing the SOX, NOX, SPM in five locations ie, North, South, East, West and inside the plant continously for 24Hours for 3 shift in a month including cost of all lobour charges for lifting, shifting and assistance to allied works, cost of all consumables, cost of all T&P's etc., complete as instructed by the Engineer in charge . A) Collection of samples Daily/Operation

B) AAQ Survery once in a month and Noise level survey for fortnightly operation

Servicing & maintenance of the aluminium doors in the plant buildings including providing GI screws of necessary sizes, applying Grease & oil etc., cleaning of floor spring, assembling the door and fixing in position etc., cost of rubber beeding whereever necessary, all lead, lift , etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Sweeping & cleaning of terrace for all the plant buildings including cost of all cleaning materials,labour,lead ,lift ,all T& P's etc complete as directed by the Engineer at site.
