Cleaning of the existing black topped surfaces with brooms, soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment. As per clause no 503.3.1 of MOST specification
Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)
Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant of capacity not less than 40 -60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 507.7 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision, to achieve the desired compaction. - using grade II metal and bitumen 60/70 grade.
Providing and laying bituminous concrete with HMP of capacity not less than 40 to 60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 509 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision, complete in all respects - Using grade-II material.-Bitumen 60/70
Supplying and filling with gravel (excluding rock) in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth , breaking clods , watering , rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller , or wooden or steel rammers and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes capacity including all leads and lift (Payment will be made based on level measurement)
Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Providing and fixing 3M make reflective road studs of category 'A' raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate /ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm the length, height and width of the body shall not be less than 100mm, 15mm and 90mm and base of marker shall be flat within 1.3mm (3M equivalent). The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. Lenses shall be moulded of Polycarbonate or methyl methacrylate conforming ASTM D788. The area of each retro reflectory surface shall not be less than 13.0 sqcm. The slope or retro-reflectory surface shall be 35+5 degree to base. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in table 1 of said MORT&H circular and two cylindrical polymer shanks not less than 20mm diameter and not less than 30mm length shall be provided for better anchorage with bituminous grout or epoxy mortar all as per the MORTH circular No.RW/ NH.33023/10/97-DO.III dt.11.06.97
Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of aluminium sheet encapsulated lens reflective ( diamond grade sheet) with high intensity grade sheeting vide Clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9sqm supported on a mild steel single angle iron post 75 X 75 X 6mm (3.9mtrs height - 6.8kg/mtr = 26.52kg ,with board support angle 35x35x6mm - 3.8mtrs - 3kg/mtr = 11.40kg and anchor flat 0.50kg )firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 X 45 X 60 cm, 60cm below ground level
Providing and fixing of retro - reflectorised cautionary, mandatory & informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of aluminium sheet encapsulated lens with high intensity grade sheeting vide Clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm X 75 mm X 6 mm (3.8 mtrs height - 6.8kg/mtr = 25.84kg , with board support angle 35x35x6mm - 3.5 mtrs 3kg/mtr = 10.5kg and anchor flats 0.5kg) firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 Grade cement concrete 45 cm X 45 cm X 60 cm , 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing. - 90 cm equilateral triangle . (including cost of angle iron towards - cost of drilling holes , nuts , bolts etc.,)
Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision - by plant mix method - for grading III material
