5.9.6 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for- Columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts.

5.22.6 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening, cutting , bending ,placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level - Thermo-Mechanically treated bars (TISCON / VIZAG / IISCO /SAIL / JSW) Fe - 415 or more.

5.3 Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15 degree landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto floor five level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering , finishing and reinforcement with 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm Nominal Size).

6.1.1 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (Non-Modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in cement mortor 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand).

13.1.2 12mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1cement : 6 fine sand)

13.48.1 Finishing with deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufactures specification –Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 Lit./10sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 Lit./10 Sqm.

14.18.4 Providing and filling joint sealing compound as per drawings and technical specification with coarse sand and 6 percent bitumen by weight.

15.2.1 Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix).

20.1.1 Providing, driving and installing driven cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles of grade M-25 of specified diameter and length below the pile cap, to carry safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of shoe and the length of pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. all complete. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured from top of shoe to the bottom of pipe cap) – 400mm dia piles.
