Note:- (a) Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under relavant items. (b) The break down complaint should be attended by concerned technician within 2 hours form the time of intimation of Engr-in-charge or concern JE E/M by telephonically / verbally. (c) If Not attending the complaints within two hours will lead to penal recovery from subsequent payment in the following manner :- (i) Not attending within 2 to 4 Hours - Rs. 2000.00 / Complaint (ii) Not attending within 4 to 6 Hours- Rs. 4000.00 / Complaint (iii) Not attending within 6 to 8 Hours- Rs. 8000.00 / Complaint (iv) Not attending after 8 Hours - Rs. 10,000.00 / Complaint (v) The maximum recovery will be Rs. 50,000.00 plus the expenditure incurred for rectification of the same by any other means.
