Automation of Pumpsets (Auto on & off) of 12.5 HP pumpsets. GLRs at Malpe pumping station. System includes real time cloud based data monitoring software designed through the integration of smart hydrostatic pressure sensor and programmed microcontroller for pump operation & monitoring, viewed over specially developed mobile application on android and on PC through server. Control Panel for automation of motors in clear water reservoir. Mandatory accessories: i) Control Panel for automation of motors in clear water reservoir. * Provision of high efficiency SMPS and Industrial grade normally open (NO) relays. * Programming and integration of pumps control panel with the master controller system. * Logic programmed into the microcontroller based on the input of the engineer in-charge. * Pump control panel and pump starter integration with Master control panel. * Based on the input of the smart liquid sensor at the desired level of water the pump will switch OFF and ON automatically without operator intervention based on the input of the engineer In-charge. * Fail safe manual application, in case of emergency. *Waterproof, IP66 rated enclosure.

ii) Master controller system. *Ability to receive input from the sensor and convert input signals to readable data in centimetres (Depth of tank) *Programmable processor to aid customisation of the unit as per the site requirement. *Calculated level is fed live 24/7 to the display unit, cloud server and mobile App. *Up to 6 hours of battery backup through rechargeable Lithium ion batteries. *Waterproof, IP66 rated enclosure. iii) Digital Level display unit. *Displays the water level of the tank in percentage & centimetres as required, installed in the operator room. *Buzzer included, which can be programmed as per the site requirements. *It is also capable of displaying increasing or decreasing trend of water in the tank. * Up to 6 hours of battery backup through rechargeable Lithium ion batteries. *Waterproof, IP66 rated enclosure.

iv) Smart hydrostatic pressure sensor *Ability to measure rise and fall of water level every centimetre, Error ± 0.5%. *Interfaced with Transmitter, for continuous data acquisition. *Stainless steel, Waterproof IP66 rated encased non- conductive sensor, chemically resistant and fail safe mechanism to detect errors. *Comes inclusive of a 5M wire connected to sensor. v) Cloud Server/Mobile Application software & Integration with existing units. *Integration of Motor Running status, Motor total running time with cloud server and mobile application. *Integration of the GLR/Sump level data of this unit with existing completed projects on the cloud server and mobile application. * Real time cloud based data acquisition and monitoring through specially developed UI. *Aids monitoring various GLR/OHR/MBR/Sump water level on a single UI. *Display real time data per minute and provide the graph trend and statistics for each day. *Water level data and statistics for an entire year stored and accessed on the mobile application and cloud server.

Automation of Valve (Auto Open & Close) via rotary motorised actuator to avoid overflow of GLR and to provide ease of operation using the same sensor provided. * Provision of high efficiency SMPS and Industrial grade Normally open(NO) relays. * Programming and integration of actuator controls with the master controller system. * Logic programmed into the microcontroller based on the input of the engineer in-charge. * Based on the input of the smart liquid sensor at the desired level of water the Value actuator will OPEN & CLOSE based on the input of the engineer in-charge without any operator intervention. *Timing based operation. *Actuator running time integration in the mobile application to help keep tabs on actuator life cycle. * Fail safe manual application, in case of emergency.

Provision of battery back up to ensure actuator running during power outage. Technology: Lithium phosphate/Lithium Ion Charging time 2 – 4 hours Cycle Life: More than 2000 times

Fabrication and installation of weatherproof shed roof to protect the unit from tempering and harsh weather conditions. *Shed having a size of 1-Meter*1-Meter. *Powder coated paint is covered in all materials to avoid rusting. *RCC packing for foot basement.
