Work of replacement of old control and relay panel

Removal of old control & relay panel in limited shut down period of 40 MVA T/F & 63 MVA T/F control & relay panel at 132 KV S/S, Najibabad by removing its earthing, cables etc.

Erection of new T/F control & relay panel in limited shutdown period after shifting from store to work site and grouting & earthing it.

Preparation of cable schedule and case interconnection diagram in between relevant panels, breakers, CT, CVT etc.

Extraction/removal of following size old & unused/damaged control cable lying deeply burried in different size of trenches switchyard, control room, cable gallery including opening the trench cover and resetting then after completion the work & making bundles of cable and shifting to store.

Laying of following sizes of control cable in the cable trench from control relay panel to various equipments/marshalling boxes and JB etc. In switchyard as per cable schedule.

2C x 2.5 Sq mm. unarmoured.

4C x 2.5 Sq mm. unarmoured.

6C x 2.5 Sq mm. unarmoured.

Termination of cables as per cable schedule including making necessary holes in glands plates or box where ever required supply and fixing of cable glands of appropriate size, supply & providing ferrules & Nos for each core of cable and its termination with crimping type lugs of dowell/tension make and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactory.
