Part-I Consultancy for preparation of design, architectural drawing & BOQ items of the following services:- A. To develop the area Approx 1400 Sqm (72m x 22m) the following is required:- 1. One hexagonal permanent shed with cone shape roof, having side length 6m, at the centre of the land. 2. 01 Nos Buddha statue size 3' x 5' feet with flower type pedestrian one piece Approx. 01 ton weight of staute fixing above .045m ht from GL and be developed both side by water bodies with appropriate lightening system. 3. 02 Nos water fountain for garden of pink marble in one piece with two plates over neck,lower plate and height 1500 mm of yellow stone be developed in water pond of depth 0.45 m and dia of pond 2.0 m, 4. 01 water body (water fall type) of size 2.0 m height and width 1.8 m granite surface including suitable lighting system. 5. 15 mm th and 900 mm wide EPDM pathway red colour along the periphery of the land with one side stainless steel railing with top railing to support the pedestrians. 6. Plantation of hedges as per aesthetic requirement to develop the area. 7. Acupressure pathways in shape of numeric number eight (8) of which inner dia 2.0 m and outer dia 4.0 m with natural rubble pebbles of size exc 50 mm and n exc 75 mm embedded in green PCC path. 8. 01 Nos mediation shed in prismatic shape of size 1.5m x 1.5 m size and height 1.8m made of suitable aluminium section and glazing with 5 mm th toughened tinted glass mounted on granite pedestal of 0.45 m hight from GL. 9. Full description of sowing Koren grass in developing area & plantation of all weather medicinal plant, including manure, watering and protection, cutting including care of upto 06 months for BOQ item. 10. Description for Waterproofing WPC/PVC indoor/outdoor decorfence not less than 60.0 cm ht and 11 mm th be fixed alongwith periphery of the developing land. 11. Provn of lightening lamps on the periphery of the park. B. Consultant shall supply design folder in soft and hard copy. C. Consultant or his competent authorised representative shall visit fortnightly during currency of the work for technical advices till completion of the work. D. Contractor submiited the consultancy for approval of Garrison Engineer.

Part-II Surface exc n. exc 30 cms deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing at where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply of sweet earth and spreading in (only approved earth brought outside of defence land) complete all as specified and directed by Enginneer-in-Charge.

Supply and stacking at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage upto 5 km complete (Manure) measurred in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) screened through sieve of I.S. designation 4.75 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for digging holes 90cm dia and 90 cm deep in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 Parts of earth : 1 Parts of manure or sludge) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and earth, if any, with all leads and lifts for following size complete all as specified and directed : Note : Cost of approved earth, sludge and dump manure deemed included in quoted rate.

M&L for finishing walls with premium Acrylic smooth exterior paint with slilicon additives of required shade; New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 SQm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.2 kg/10Sqm complete all as specified

Supply & Fixing LED post top lantern with die cast aluminium spigot,spun aluminium powder coated top cover, aluminium clear acrylic and B-22 holder, including 20 watts B22 base led Bulb with IP 65 suitable for fixing on 2 meter height pole of 50mm dia including making connection from base of pole to top light 3 core 1.5 sqmm multi standard copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

S&F GI tubular pole of 50mm dia with MS base plate completely welded at base of pole with provision of 4 no hole for fixing nut and bolts, (2.0 metres long), also having provision for cable entry at bottom of pole with closing arrangement including painting of pole with two coat synthetic enamel black colour paint, dully fixed on PCC work at base complete all as spd and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC armoured, PVC seathered 6 Sq. mm nominal cross section, 2 core.

M&L for MCB DP 25 Amp including its encloser box for mounting MCB on wall as required complete all as spd and directed.

Part-III Maintenance of lawn by engaging one gardener and one helper for watering, cleaning, weeding, fertilization, watchup to avoid animal entry, cutting of lawn, hedge, creeper, ground cover, shurbs tree and remain responsible for replacement of dead plants,shrubs,grass and other casualities for item No 2 to 94 above as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes : (i) Gardener shall be three year experienced in gardening. (ii) Unit rate quoted against above item shall be inclusive of all labour and materials required to keep the plants/ grass/ trees in full lively position with healthy grow upto the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. (iii) If any plant/ tree/ area of grass planted under item No 1 to 22 here-in-before is found dead during this period, shall be replaced without any extra cost to the department. (iv) The item No 2 to 99 of BoQ shall be operative after completion of Phase-II.
