Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft/loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and levelling of bottom suface to required level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Returning filling in,. Including spreading, levelling,. Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

M&L for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge. Note : Measurement shall be taken after punning down.

S&F sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strength 75 Kg/ Sqcm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1, flat size 300mmx 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge..

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning in replacment of LT underground cables 1100 volts grade, PVC insulated XLPE and PVC sheathed, heavy duty armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductors, IS-1554 marked, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Cables of the following sizes:- Note - Excavation, earth work ,cable protection , sand fillings , cable joint shall be measured and paid separately.

Boring of hole under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by mannual means and suitable for passing of GI pipe 40 to 100 mm bore and making good both ends complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge.

M&L in replacement of GI tubes of size 80 mm dia (light grade) with necessary accessories/ fittings for cable protections/pole for crossing of culverts/nallah complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge.

M&L in replacement of GI tubes of size 40 mm dia (light grade) with necessary accessories/ fittings for cable protections/pole for crossing of culverts/nallah complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge.

S&F in replacement MCCB 100 Amp, 4 pole , 25 KA, 50 Hz with MCCB sheet metal enclosure mounted on wall with fastner and suitable size of nut and bolts after taking down old existing un serviceable MCCB/SDFU complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized Steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to and incl galvanized iron strip 25X4 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and earth wire protected by GI protection pipe light grade 40mm dia connected to main earth wire on pole or controll board GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering funnel with wire mesh PCC chamber pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 40mm thick Precast RCC -25 cover reincorced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C on both sides and handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and removal upto 50m complete all as sprecified and shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge.

S&F in repair LED street light Fitting 60 watt LED, IP-66 protection, single peice pressure die cast aluminium housing high grade powder coated finish with heat resistant toughned clear glass cover for lamp and control gear compartment with high voltage surge protection device up to 4.5 KV, prewired conductor to fitting with 3 core 1.5 sqmm pvc insulated cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

S&F in replacement KIOSK box wheather proof including made out of one piece mounted SMC base and door pole mounted hinged door size 333x233x120mm out side and 300x200x105mm inside dimensions comprising of aluminium bus bar 4 strips for 3 phase and neutral 63 Amps including embossing/painting of danger notice of size not less than 10cm x 7.5cm with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour on front face of KIOSK box body complete all as specified and directed.Incluiding MS clamp of size 25x3 mm with suitable size nut, bolts & washer complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge.

Taking down unservicable RCC/ steel tubular poles of any type and supply & installing steel tubular swan neck type pole 9 mtr long complete with mild steel base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws including two coats of aluminium painting over a coat of primer for exposed surfaces and two coats of bituminous black paint over a coat of primer to the surfaces in contact with concrete inclusing two runs of PVC insulated 1100V multi-stranded copper wire of size 2.5 Sqmm from the junction box to the fitting complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The unit rate in this item is deemed to be included the cost of exacavation and earth work in any type of soil,PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D-2 , PCC coping 1:2:4 type B-1 as in steel tubular pole and Painting of Poles with one coat of red oxide primer and one coat of aluminum paint before fixing and one coat of aluminum paint after fixing. The complete embedded portion shall be painted with two coats of black bituminus paint complete with cast iron base plate complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge.

Supply, drawing, connecting & testing of 3 core, 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and PVC rounded sheathed, copper conductor (flexible) industrial cable 1100 Volts grade conforming to IS-694 on steel tubular pole/PCC Pole from KIOSK box to light fittings including PVC conduit and providing suitable copper lugs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

(b) Outgoing:- (i) MCCB 4 pole , 315 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 36 KA with thermal magnetic release - 02 Nos (ii) MCCB 4 pole , 200 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 25 KA with thermal magnetic release - 01 Nos (iii) MCCB 4 pole , 100 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 25 KA with thermal magnetic release - 04 Nos (c) Platform of Panel:- Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level. Note:- (i) All out going feeder shall be connected by cable through suitable size gland plate / glands. (ii) The various feeders shall be indicated by 50 mm size letters in synthetic enamel white paint. (iii) All MCCB with adjustable protection for over load and short circuit and conforming to IEC60947/IS 13947/Pt.II/1993 (Latest Version). The MCCB should have Ics=100%Icu. The MCCBs shall have spreader links and barriers as standard feature of manufacturer complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing testing and connecting in replacement XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, HT 11000 volts(E) grade cross sectional area 120 sqmm, 3 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

M&L Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70 sqmm to 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

M&L Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for Indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70 sqmm to 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

S&F in replacement MS work of angles for post and struts of fencing around RMU/ Transformer etc drilling holes, flat iron ,fillet for securing wire mess by welding to angle iron frame and framed work as in gate of angle and wire mess . Door to be fixed by 03 Nos 100mm long hinges and one sliding door bolt of 300mm long for locking arrangement and MS channel for plinth of transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge.

S&F in replacement 3.15mm dia MS wire 40x40mm mesh, made up into mattress or cages appx 2.00 mtr height and fixed with flate iron /angle by welding in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge.

M&L for 2 coat of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide to steel surfaces including preparation of new surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement of factory made and tested Bus bar chamber outdoor type with canopy made out of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet, and 40x40x5mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer on outside surface and painted inside with two coats of red oxide primer, front opening type, with apron for cable entry closing locking arrangement ,of size 450mm x 450mm x 300mm with 4 Nos 500 Amps aluminium bus bar and with 250 Amp MCCB, 4 pole, 36 KA, 415 Volt 50 Hz including excavation, earth work and platform for the Bus bar chamber with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed sotne aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for Bus bar chamber. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge.

Note : contractor should procure and provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Engr-in-charge
