Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth,1.5 m in width as well as10 sq m on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50m and lift upto1.5 m,as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not xceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling stone boulders of size range 5 cm to 20 cm, in recharge pit, in the required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.On Steel Work

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position :

Slate roofing with 7.5 cm. Single lap single layer fixed on wooden batten(wood work to be paid for separately)With slates 40x20 cm size

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content.:-With ready mixed pink or grey primer on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors :-Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture
