RequiredInsurance surety bond, Account Payee Demand Draft, Fixed Deposit Receipt, Bankers Cheque or Bank Guarantee issued by a Commercial Bank against EMD / etransfer through bharatkosh.gov.in by selecting urban development and poverty alleviation, under EMD head by further selecting PAO- 043144, PAO (NDZ), CPWD, MOUD, New Delhi. (Note- EMD Should be in favour of Executive Engineer(E), PWED-2, CPWD, NEW DELHI) Note 2 - EMD shall be made / issued only from the account of the bidder / tenderer.
RequiredCopy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD (The EMD document shall be issued from the place in which the office of receiving division office is situated).
RequiredCopy of GST Registration Certificate of the state in which the work is to be taken up, if already obtained by the bidder.
RequiredCopy of enlistment order of CPWD contractor in appropriate class (Building and Road).
RequiredThe agency should upload Bank Account Details registered with his firm like Bank name, A/c Number, IFSC Code, A/c name on firm letter head/blank paper with valid email ID and Mobile No. or Bank Pass Book having details of Account.
RequiredCopy of Pan Card.
RequiredERP Training Certificate issued by National CPWD Academy (NCA), Ghaziabad / Regional Training institute, CPWD.
RequiredValid Electrical Contractor License or undertaking that they will either obtain valid electrical license at the time of execution of electrical work or associate the contractor having valid electrical license of appropriate class. OR (Undertaking Form Enclosed Pg. 07)
