Demolition of brick work / stone masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins ,arches , pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 on walls finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 on walls finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exe 15 cm thickness. ( below or above ground level) and removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence all as specified.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and fiar without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking pavor block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thick M-35 grade, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under interlocking pavor block including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type E-2, 1:5:10 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base finished even and rough to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment over 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and pointed in white or colour cement to match, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete type E-2, 1:5:10 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base finished even and rough to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Durastone heavy duty coloured tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exxceeding 0.11 sqm , in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in fixing of hold fast, coping, band, bed plates, lintels upto 1.5m clear and similar items including weathering slightly rounded or chamferred angles and throughting including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Deduction to be made from BOQ for schedule of credit (Sch 'A' Part - II) Amount of ₹ 3,750.00 during AOC Note:- Tenderers shall not quote for this Schedule
