PMJTS21047-Rate Contract of HT motors under NRPL Bijwasan Base stations.

REWINDING OF 6.6KV HT MOTORS: Job includes the shifting of Motor including the Loading/Unloading of motor from the IOCL site to the workshop of vendor and back to IOCL site, dismantling the entire motor, disconnecting the coils and removing old coils, cleaning the stator slots and testing the core with flux loop test, Lacing of overhang portion, making coil connection and brazing of coils and insulating of joints with resin poor tapes, Impregnating complete winding and core packet with Global VPI process (resin poor system) followed by baking of the same in oven, Insertion of complete VPIed winding and core packet in yoke / body with correct fitment, Application of Dr. Beck make epoxy gel coat on winding, Testing of complete stator winding after VPI and before final assembly of the motor. , refitting the entire motor and testing on No Load trial & vibration anyalsis at the works of the party and other tests, repainting of motor including to and fro transportation. Job also includes dynamic balancing of the rotor as per ISO-1940-1973(E) grade 2.5.

Overhauling of following HT motors.(Excluding balancing of rotor) PER-MOTOR. The job includes shifting , Dismentaling, cleaning, bearing,replacement, backtoll application, repairing and or providing of any damaged & missing parts,assembling.Checking of space heater,WTD,RTD with proper fixing & testing, trial run of motor and painting with two coat enamel paint,including other associated jobs as per the detailed scope of work conditions attached to the entire satisfaction of Enginnering - in - charge.

SHAFT METALIZING,REPAIRING,GRINDING & MACHINING OF SHAFT/ MOTOR FOUNDATION LEG WELDING,GRINDING & REPARING.-PER SIDE.Job includes complete metalizing,rebuilding,reparing to the shaft size with througness/foundation soft foot leg welding & machining - per side but excluding dynamic balancing,taking trial run of the same for vibration checks after repair up to the complete satisfaction of engineer in-charge. (Shifting of Motor if required including the Loading/Unloading of motor is under the vendor's scope from the IOCL site to the workshop of vendor and back to IOCL site).

Job includes ,Dynamic balancing of Rotor with Shaft shall be done,with Balancing of cooling fans & coupling with keys shall be done seperatly at. Taking trial run of the Motor of the same after repaire up to the complete satisfaction of Engineer in-charge of IOCL. dynamic balancing of the rotor as per ISO-1940-1973(E) grade 2.5. It may please be noted that speed of the motor varies from 300 to 3000 rpm

Taking trial run of the same for vibration checks after replacement, up to the complete satisfaction of engineer in-charge of IOCL. Old material / Cover shall be handed over to IOCL

REPLACEMENT OF BEARING (EXCLUDING COST OF BEARING & DY. BALANCING OF ROTOR)-PER MOTOR Job includes shifting,dismentling,cleaning,replacening existing bearings,assembling new bearings,trial run of Motor,vibration checking, and jobs as per the entire satisfaction of Engineering - in -charge. Note:-Beraings will be suplly by IOCL at free of cost ( old or damaged bearing shall be returned to IOCL). While providing suitable grease,oil,etc.with proper quantity for lubrication are in the scope of bidder.

Staggering of HT Motor Stator or Rotor for all size of motor: Charges for complete dismantling, assembly and staggering upto a max. length of 1.0 cm Above 1.0 cm length additional charges as per SOR rate shall be payable

Staggering charges for Rotor or Stator for maximum 1.0 cm portion of stamping at single or multiple locations of the same stamping

Additional Staggering charges of Rotor or Stator - The amount shall be payable only in case the total amount exceeds the minimum payable amount for the staggering job above 1.0 cm width of stampings

Rotor Bar replacement of HT Motor Job complete in all respect involving dismantling of old bars, cleaning of slots, providing new copper bars with proper insulation as per original motor as per standard practice. All the testing shall be carried out as per IS. Old material shall be retained by the party

ARRANGING & PROVIDING OF OUTER LOCK RING-PER RING:- Job included complete design,fabrication,fitting of new outer lock ring for Rotor of HT Motor as per sample.

DESIGN, FABRICATION, ROTOR SUPPORTING RING OF HT MOTOR BOTH SIDE OF ROTOR. job include complete design,fabrication,fitting & providing of new supporting end ring on rotor of HT Motor including material but (excluding dy.balancing of rotor shaft). The job shall be completed in all respect as per direction of EIC.
