Demolition of cement concrete un reinforced in ground floor and paving n exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, coping, benching, bed block, lintel band, plinth courses etc and similar work including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L old size Brick work using fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 with 3 % water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions (note:Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seprerately under respective item) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall and to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall and to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all blocked scale and dirt, etc, from manholes/traps/gully traps/tanks from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. including Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.

Cleaning of sewage line including manholes of any dia by roding and flushing after cleaning and removing mud/sludge etc to a distance exc. 250m but n.exc 500m and spreading in low laying areas and covering with loose soil and complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Length shall be measured through out the manhole

M&L for cutting and removing wild bushes/ vegetation, surface dressing around the septic tank/sock well/ manholes to a distance of 2 mtrs and along sewage line all around and depositing surplus spoil/ rubbish exc 100M but n.exc 500 M complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing of sludge from septic tanks including removal of sludge water manually or mechanically in all respect and removing the sludge to distance not exceeding 500 mtrs and burried in to the ground and making to a true surface and covering with loose soil and as directed (The rate included excavation and filling )

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and depth not exc. 1.5m for foundation etc or for shafts, wells cesspits manholes pier holes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m depth in soft /loose soil etc complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and depth exc.1.5 m but not exc. 3.0 m for foundation etc or for shafts, wells cesspits manholes pier holes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and in soft /loose soil etc complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil etc complete all as specified and directed

Removal of excavated materials not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed

M&L Extra for forming fair finished manhole/drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (½ round or ¾ section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished ,and reforming benching as required for 150 mm internal dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, and making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kgs per 10 Sqm and laying premixed bituminious macadam well rammed and sealed with paving bitumen 60/70 or VG-30 grade@ 9.8 Kgs per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping of size 6.3mm and again well rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller (Iincluding supply of pre-mixed macadam, binder and chipping) depth of pot holes exc 30mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparing existing black top surface or bituminous macadam surfaces by brushing with brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on back top/concrete surfaces than applying evenly priming tack coat with paving bitumen 60/70 or VG-30 penetration over the prepared surface by mechanical sprayer @ 5 Kgs/10 Sqm of surface area complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer -in-Charge.

M&L for applying bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen 60/70 or VG-30 grade by weight of total mix including cement filler, on surfaces rolled & compacted with using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller to achieve the required compactness, camber and gradient mixed in hot mix plant using design mix and laid by mechanical paver finisher. Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber n.exc 75mm thickness (consolidated thickness) with 4% binder content of VG -30 by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant and laid by mechnical paver finished complete.

M&L for preparation of existing bituminous surfaces, removing, dust, dirt grease and other foreign matters etc to receive the marking and M&L for thermo plastic (Reflective) line marking having 1.0 mm thickness (average) of uniform surface finish conforming to BS 3262 (Part 1) 1989 read in conjunction with the MOST specification 803 clause 4.2.2 on bituminous surfaces in white/yelow clour and super imposed with glass beads confirming to BS 6088 read in conjuction with and MOST specification 803 clause 4.3.3 complete all as specified and directed. Note - MOST specification 803 shall be followed strictly for execution of work & suitable machine shall be used for the marking as approved by the GE. Shape & size/ patterns of marking shall be as approved by the GE.

S&F in repair cat eyes/road studs for roadways sign permanent surface mounted type having tough poly carbonate micro replicated corner cube reflector lenses with a protective abrssion resistant ceramor coating having body of weather proof and impect resistant thermoplasit complete as per manufacturer,s instruction and as directed. (Colour :- Yellow/Red/Amber) Make: Series 290 of 3M or Road Star or Equivalent.

S&F in repair plastic speed bumbs (Speed breakers) not less 400 mm wide blocks & yellow colours fixed with necessary spikes/screws to the road surface etc. Complete all as specified & directed by Engr -in - Charge.

S&F in repair ABS Body, 100 cm outdoor convex mirror good quality as approved by GE fixed in road/ground portion complete including hanging/fixing arrangement with adequate mounting arrangement at suitable height, having unbreakable Polycarbonate Convex Lens with hoods as the traffic safety mirror for eliminating blind spots & increase visibility at a broader angle, including excavation for post holes, PCC Type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in post hole & removal of surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point. Complete all as specified & directed. Make: Frontier 100 cm outdoor Convex Mirror, FMCO-100, Road Star, Real reflectors, Alexix, ACE polymers (India) or Equivalent.

S&F in repair Alcolite Spring Post/Flexible delinator, strong flexible UV protected PU & PVC with high intensity reflective light material crystal lattice, 75 mm dia, 750 mm height including all necessary fittings. Complete all as specified & directed by Engr - in - Charge.
