Installation of power distribution panel boards for power supply from WBSEDCL in different substation including electrical inter connection from departmental Panel Board to WBSEDCL Panel Board for LT. Distribution line before 06.1.2026 including proper earthing arrangement complete as per direction of EIC.

Drawing the power line from generating station to controlling switch by necessary required length of departmental supplied PVC insulated aluminum wire including interconnection with earthing arrangement as per IE Rules i.e. generator to elec. accessories of the temporary Controlling station.

Carrying charges of 6 nos 1 KVA UPS from departmental stoe to work site by hired vehicle including loading unloading complete.

Installation the above submersible set with column pipe by supplying necessary materials and tools on hire basis and skilled labour complete as per direction of EIC (pump sets column pipes etc to be supplied by department)

Temporary installation of positive/ swellore make chlorine dosing pump motor set with all accessories to its existing base and withdrawing the same and storage to the departmental store after Mela as per direction of the EIC

Running maintenance of the chlorine machine during mela period for proper dosing of chlorine solution including minor repairing of the pump and motor with supply of all necessary materials for the entire work from 10-01-2026 to 16-01-2026 ( 2 location )

Running submersible pump sets at tube well by supplying skilled operating staff as per direction From 10 -01-2026 to 16-01-2026 =7 Days x 10 Hrs. ( 2 Location)

Decorative Gate Arrangement-

Hire and labour charges for temporary gate structure as per desighn and direction of EIC. with salbollah / bamboo post of approved size and runner, cross support, vertical support and covering with different coloured cloth and dismantling the same after completion of the mela.[N.B.-Location will be handed over after getting confirmation from District / Local Administration]

Making temporary decorative lighting arrangement of gate structure on hire basis by fitting fixing at site decorative boards on salbollah / bamboo gate structures including decorative design LED lighting power with different colour LED lights. The board should have in built power circuit board for operating in 230 volt 50Hz AC supply with controller etc and dismantling after completion of mela. [3 Nos. x 2 side]

Hire and labour charges for temporary robust gate structure as per design and direction of EIC. Ceilign hight minimum 18 ft and road covered width 36ft and 4ft depth. The structure will be made with salbollah and or bamboo post, 6mm-8mm-12mm-16mm-19mm water proof with anti termite superior quality ply board of approved size and runner, cross support and covering with different designed materials / designed wooden/ ply board structure. The structure should be painted with weather coated oil paint (Asian Paint/Berger Paint) matching with the design. Both side of gate structure should be covered with venial backlit. The structure should be dismantled after completion of Mela.

Making temporary decorative decent illumination arrangement of gate structure on hire basis by fitting fixing at site of decorative board on salbollah/ bamboo gate structures including decorative design LED lighting power diffetent colour and different types/pattern LED lights suitable for the design. The wiring circuit of the lights should be design with good quality approved make insulated wire of required size maintaining all precautions and all IE rules.This cost is including hiring and laying of 16 sq.mm 3.5 core Al Ar XLPE insulated cable and incomming supply should be controled by 32 amps 4 pole MCB / 32 amp TPN main switch. (The lighting arrangement inclusive of LED spot light, LED par 200 mtr-approx -20 nos and RGBW LED with DEX controler 12 channels, 10 nos, 50 watt warm white LED floor light 100 nos with warm white LED fluorescent lamp) N.B-Approved design and location will be handed over after getting confirmation from District / Local Administration
