Annual maintenance contract AMC of 1 Nos. Lift 1 No. 10 Passenger Thysen Krupp TK make Installed in Industries building Now occupied by HP High Court Shimla for the year 2024-25 w.e.f 15.12.2024 to 14.12.2025.

Regular examination, lubrication and adjustment of the equipments and planned maintenance in the systematic manner and replacement of parts as detail below:-

i) Renew all wires ropes and chain to maintain an adquate factor of safty to equalize tension on all hoisting ropes, repair or replace conductor cables and hoist way and machine room elevator wiring.

iii) Examine periodically all safty and governor and all customary safty test.

iv) The firm will provide emergency minor adjustment call back services 24 hours as all working days as well as holiday / Sunday. The firms will maintain the lift in reliable and efficient operating connections.
