Comprehensive maintenance of microprocesser controlled VVV frequency drive electric driven passenger lift of 884kg carrying 13 passenger with ARD facility from ground plus six floors consisting of examing, adjusting, lubricating, greasing the parts including replacement of following mentioned connected parts such as Relays, Rectifier and Indication display, Main Contactor transformer, Brake liner and Gear oil, Motor Oil and servicing, Gate lock switches Gate levers, Gate beaks, Gate track rollers, contact switches and limit switches, Floor level indication switch and oscillator switch, Car counter weight shoes and door and Gate Shoes, Pit switch and safety switches, landing floor indicator, car bush buttons and switches and Car indicators, Car top INS Panel board. In addition to items mentioned in item No 1 to 19 comprehensive maintenance of lifts also consist of the following: - (a) At Machine Room :(i) checking of motor oil, Gear Oil, controller all loose connection, Brake sleepage while moving and stopping, main rope condition, Drive condition & resistance loose connection, main switch (ii) Cleaning of Motor Gear Brake and Speed Governer (iii) Greasing of Pedestal, OSG diverted pulley (b) At Hoistway (i) Checking of Gate Locks, Read Switches, Guide rail bolts, Limit switches, RCR, Magnets, Car top reed switch, Main rope clips, thimple rod bolts split pins, safety pin, pit pulley, Car gate switches, Car shoe & counter weight shoe, Final limit switches, All brackets Carsill, Car top, landing sill (ii) Lubrication in pit pulley, for satisfactory operation of lifts as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 2.Monthly inspection and servicing of lifts shall be carried out by the original lifts manufacter/Govt approved license holders and service report shall be submitted to Engr- in- Charge by the contractor on every month for each lift during the contract period. 3. The item rate quoted against 1 to 19 as comprehensive maintenance is deemed to inclusive of any spares except those mentioned in schedule items form 20 to 47 for satisfactory operation of lifts as specified above. 4. Attending lift break down/ rectifying all defects of unserviceable lift : If any lift gets struck/block/unserviceable at site the lift mechanic should attend the complaint within two hours on receipt of complaint and the complaint should be resolved without any futher delay. Incase the problem could not be solved , the matter should be informed to the contractor as well as to the MES authority. Further if the contractor failed to the rectify the fault a recovery @ of Rs 200/- per hour wef the time of lodging the complaint till completion of 24hrs will be recovered from the Contractor dues. Also incase of any lift requires repair for want of spares the contractor should provide the spare parts in time or within 24hrs the Lift should be made serviceable failing which a sum @ of Rs 500/- per hour wef the time after 24hrs should be recovered from the Contractor dues. The contractor should keep all the spare parts intact for the above mentioned and the same only to be purchased from original manufacturers/manufacturers authorised distributor or dealer. The rates should be quoted keeping in mind of the above mentioned expenses of the items from Item ser no 1 to 19 above)

Inspection of lift by Lift Inspector of approved license holder issued by Karnataka State Govt for Worthiness Certificate during the currency of contract agreement within first 4 months and submitting the Worthiness Certificate all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge for the lift as per schedule for Ser No19

Inspection of lift by Lift Inspector of approved license holder issued by Karnataka State Govt for renewal of lift licences as mentioned in sl No-1 to 18 here in before, during the currency of contract agreement within first 4 months and submitting the renewal certificate all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge for the lift as per schedule for ser No 1 to 18

M&L for taking out old burnt winding of startor and rotor, cleaning the slots and re-winding of motor 15 HP,3 Phase,415 volts with suitable rating gauge new enameled copper winding wire of best quality ISI marked as recommended by original lift manufacturers and providing insulation materials such as fibre/ glass, 3 phase motor including necessary transportation to workshop if any and bring back, reassembling/refixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item no.22 above but motor 10 HP complete all as directed and specified.

Material and labour for one coat of spray painting of motor gear drive 10/15 HP and Lift control panel, lift switchgear panel fixed at the Lift Room with synthetic enamel paint to match with existing colour including preparation of old painted surface and marking floor levels on the main drive steel rops complete all as directed and specified.

Supply & Fix sealed maintenance free dry battery 17 AH 12 Volts for ARD system Make - Exide/Amaron/AMCO.

S&F ARD battery charging card for 8/13 passenger lift all as specified and as directed. (Make shall be procured only as recommended by original lift manufacturers)

S&F of ARD programme card suitable for 8/13 passenger lift all as specified and as directed. (Make shall be procured only as recommended by original lift manufacturers)

M&L for opening the control panel door lock taking down old unserviceable and replacing with new serviceable all as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair lift cabin fan grill, PVC suitable for existing fan complete all as directed

Material and labour for display board made of white coloured 6.0mm thick foam sheet with vinyl stickering of required colour to indicate symbols/letters as approved/directed by Engr-in-charge for displaying schematic diagrams/letter/directions/any other purpose etc complete including fixing/achoring on wall/wooden or MS doors etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : The content/symbol of the display boards shall be approved by the Engr-in-charge prior to fabrication.

Supply and lay in repair flat lift cable 4x0.75 sqmm copper cable all as directed and specified all as directed. (Make: Plaza/Finolex/Anchor/Havells/Nicco/Polycab)

Supply and fix in repairs analog voltmeter of size 90mmx90mm , ranging 0-500 volts complete all as directed. Make: Meco/AE

Supply and fix in repairs analog ammeter of size 90mmx90mm, ranging 0-100A, complete all as directed. Make: Meco/AE

Supply and fix in repairs lift cabin landing floor door lock suitable for 8/13 passenger lift of make Kone/Johnson complete all as directed by EIC

Suppy, fixing in repairs steel rope 13/10/08 as per ground requirement as recommended by original lift manufacturers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fix in repair of 10W LED bulkhead fitting complete all as specified and directed (Make: CG Cat No : LBHP-10-CDL or equivalent make in Havells/Philips)

M&L in replacement of broken glasses in lift cabin with new acrylic mirror along with nuts, bolts and washers duly drilling carefully in lift cabin without disturbing existing equipment, complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix switch disconnector 32 Amps side handle operated, open execution type, 415Volts, 50 Hz , AC, and including dismantling existing unserviceable complete all as directed and specified. (Make : Indoasian Cat No : IN01A032 or equivalent make : L&T/Legrand/ABB/Siemens/Schneider/Havells)

Supply and fix MCB, SPN 32A , 230 Volts , 50 Hz and including dismantling existing unserviceable complete all as directed and specified. (Make: Indoasian Cat No : 810068 or equivalent make : L&T/Legrand/ABB/Siemens/Schneider/Havells)

Supply and fix MCB, TPN 40A , 415 Volts , 50 Hz and including dismantling existing unserviceable complete all as directed and specified. (Make: Indoasian Cat No: 810096 or equivalent make : L&T/Legrand/ABB/Siemens/Schneider/Havells)

Supply and fix sub main wiring with Two single core FRLS PVC insulated cable with copper conductor multistranded 1100 volts grade 2.5 sqmm in and including non-metallic rigid PVC conduits and accessories and fixing arrangements fixed to surface on wall, floor or ceiling etc incl 1x2.5 sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper earth continuity conductor and connecting to main earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Note : One run of earth continuity conductor,one run of PVC conduit and two run of copper conductor together taken as one length for measuring unit length. Make for wiring : Plaza/Finolex/Anchor/Havells/Nicco/Polycab/RPG).
