1st Class brick work in 1:6 cement & coarse sand of 1.50 fineness modulus mortar in super-structure including necessary cutting and moulding of bricks required and also including honey comb brick work thickness of wall more than one brick and for extra labour to above items A.R.

12 mm thick plaster with cement and Coarse sand of 1.25 fineness modules in 1:6 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1cm including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work D.S.R 2023 13.4.2

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :New work (Two coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm) D.S.R 2023 13.44.1

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty. Float glass panes of nominal thickness 5 mm (weight not less than 12.5kg/sqm) DSR No. 14.6.1

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.
