Brick work with Fly ash bricks of 23 Cm. x 11 Cm. x 8 Cm size having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±2 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth per cum.

R.C.C. work of M-25 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusherbroken) stone chips including hoisting and laying

Supplying ,fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification.

2.5 cm. Damp proof course with C.C. (1:2:4) using 12mm. Size hard broken granite Chips

Supplying, fitting and fixing vetrifed tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make conforming to IS: 13755 laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement :4 course sand ) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost

16 mm. thick cement plaster (1 :6) over brick masonry…etc/Compl.

12 mm. thick cement plaster (1 :6) over brick masonry…etc/Compl.

Supplying fitting & Fixing of MS Grills- Placing in position etc all complete.

Finishing surface of walls with Cement based wall putty (Water based ) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc

Wall painting 2 coat with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on old work to give an even shade Inculding cost of paint. T&P etc complete.

Wall painting 2 coats with Weather Coat paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade Inculding cost of paint…etc/Compl.

Priming 1 coat with any appproved Primer including all cost etc complete.

Painting 2 coat with any appproved paint on new wood work and Steel work including all cost etc complete.
