PART-'B' (NON BSR)
AHU Construction:- The casing shall be self-supporting type, factory fabricated & assembled made of extruded anodised aluminium hollow sections to make a rigid frame structure. The frame shall be assembled using pressure die cast aluminium joints. The self-supporting unit shall consist of sandwiched panel made out of 0.8 mm thick pre-plasticised / pre-coated GI sheet outside & 0.6 mm polished stainless steel inside duly factory fabricated insulated with 43 mm thick PUF insulation in between as specified. The Entire housing shall be mounted on Extruded Aluminium channel framework having pressure die cast aluminium jointers or the framework shall be joined together with corner plates Condensate. Drain Pan shall be constructed of 1.25 mm Stainless steel sheet with 19 mm closed cell insulation (nitrile rubber / xlpe) with all corners welded with uniform slope from all sides leading to drain pan ensuring no stagnation of condensate water.
Fan & Motor:-Plug type centrifugal fan (with Min. 75 % efficiency) with blower motor, drive and flexible duct connection.The fan motors shall be suitable for 415 ± 10% volts, 50 ± 5 % HZ, 3 phases TEFC SQ. Cage induction motor. The motor shall be specially designed for quiet operation & motor speed shall not exceed 1440 RPM (IE3).
Coil Section- The cooling & heating coil shall be made of aluminium fins and copper tubes of dia.12.5mm or 16mm OD. The minimum no. of fins / cm for cooling coils shall be 4.7 & for heating coil it shall be 2.4. The bonding of aluminium fins with copper should be done hydraulically. The tube thickness shall be 26 G & fin thickness shall be 37 G. The cooling / heating coil should be tested for leaks at a hydraulic pressure of at least 10 Kg / sq.cm. for a minimum period of 3 hours at works. The velocity across face should be limited to 152 metre / minute. Coil shall be designed for following parameters: Chilled Water IN / OUT ‐ 44 °F/ 54 °F
Pre Filter Section:- Cleanable metallic viscous type filter made out of aluminium wire mesh or of dry cleanable synthetic type minimum 50mm thick, shall be provided on the suction side of AHU as a standard equipment with the unit. These filters shall have the efficiency of 90% down to 10 micron particle size. When these filters become loaded or full of dirt, it is removed from service and replaced by another filter. The dirty filter can then be washed in a cleaning solution in a tank, dried and then given a bath of viscous oil. Face velocity across these filters shall not exceed 155 MPM.
Fine/microvee Filter Section:- These filters shall have efficiency of 99% down to 3 micron particle size as per EU standard. Face velocity across these filters shall not exceed 155 MPM.
Accessories:- Fan should be complete with all accessories including flexible fire rated canvas connection for duct connection,drain valve ,auto airvent valve,descaling valve, not return damper etc. as specified in the specification.
Note:- AHU shall be complete with Discharge plenum section & Mixing Box comprising of damper. AHU to be provided with Standby motor and drive set. FM AHU having Prefilter section and Fine/microvee section, 6rows deep DX cooling coil, and discharge plenum, 120mmwg static pressure.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of AMCA Certified (For Air and Sound Performance) ceiling hung / floor mounted Exhaust air vane/tube Axial flow fans of following capacity with GSS casing/ standard M.S. construction and aluminium alloy impellers with high efficiency aero-foil sections, blades, the impeller directly driven by TEFC induction motor should be of high efficiency IE2 for Normal and Emergency Supply and Exhaust Fans suitable for 3 Phase 50 Hz 415V ± 10 %, of class 'F' insulation(for Supply Air Fans) and class 'H' insulation(for Exhaust Fans), fire rated flexible Canvas connection etc. including all accessories complete as required and as per specifications. Motor of exhaust fans shall be of high temperature resistance "Class H Smoke Spill" 250° C for 2 hrs. Motor make shall be same as mentioned on the fire certificate. Fan total efficiency should not be less than 70%. All the fans shall be hot dip galvanized with minimum 220 GSM Zinc Coating and complete with bird screen at inlet. Suitable TP isolator within MS enclosure should be provided. Gravity louvers will be provided at the discharge of the fan so as to avoid reverse flow. Static pressure shall be checked/verified by contractor prior to order. Entire fan model & AMCA Seal shall appear in technical submittal of fan.
The fans operating under normal modes shall have low sound level not exceeding more than 75 dB(A)at three meter distance at both ends when measured in hemispherical reverberant room conditions. To achieve specified dB(A) level sound attenuators shall be provided at inlet / outlet and included in the cost.The fans operating under emergency modes shall have sound level not exceeding more than 85 dB(A) at three meter distance at both ends when measured in hemispherical reverberant room conditions. (All fans final Static pressure as per final duct plan.)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Fire dampers in supply air duct/return air duct/main branch of required size as and where required i/c control wiring. The motorized damper shall open/close on power failure and restore. The system shall also function on fire signals accordingly complete as required as per specification.
