Schedule 'A' Part-XIII (Miscellaneous works)

Internal Electrification

Item No 01 : M & L for Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area), two single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade ISI-694 marked drawn through in and including heavy duty, PVC concealed conduit of white/ ivory colour including all accessories, heavy duty ISI marked after chasing in wall/ceiling etc, with GI sunken boxes 1.2 mm thick, 60 mm deep with earth dolly duly, covered with modular white cover plate with inner frame suitable for modular switches, including PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core FRLSH cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for the following :-

(a) One light point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps

(b) One fan point/ exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps and regulator

(c) One light point controlled by one, two way switch 5 Amps

(d) One 3 pin 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on independent boad.

Item No 02 : Description all as per item No. 1 here in before but using 2.5 sq mm single core copper conductor FRLSH cable of multistranded PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade for 5/15 amps switch socket combination point on independent board including necessary running of 2.5 sq mm PVC insulated copper conductor FRLSH cable as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common eath dolly.

Item No 03 : M & L for Point wiring for; one light point controlled by one switch with 1100-volts grade PVC insulated-unsheathed 1.5 Sq mm stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) with continuous earth wire of 1.5 Sq mm stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) PVC insulated-unsheathed, drawn in and including concealed non mettalic rigid PVC conduit medium grade with fittings (ISI marked) not less than 20 mm dia sunk in MS pressed steel boxes made out of not less than 1.6 mm thick sheet for housing switches etc covered with 3 mm thick white laminated 'bakelite' sheet(ISI Marked) and including painting outer side with one coat of bituminous paint and inside a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 04 : M & L for Sub main wiring with approved colour coding as per IS with two single core PVC insulated FRLSH cable with stranded copper conductor of size 6 Sq mm nominal area and drawing into suitable size of PVC non metallic rigid heavy duty PVC conduit of white/ ivory colour and its accessaries ISI marked heavy duty of suitable size including concealed in wall etc one run of PVC insulated with 6.0 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable as earth wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Two runs of 6 sqmm cable, one run of 6 sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit

Item No 05 : M & L for Sub main wiring with approved colour coding as per IS with four single core PVC insulated FRLSH cable with stranded copper conductor of size 6 Sq mm nominal area and drawing into suitable size of PVC non metallic rigid heavy duty PVC conduit of white/ ivory colour and its accessaries ISI marked heavy duty of suitable size including concealed in wall etc two runs of PVC insulated with 6 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable as earth wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Four runs of 6 sqmm cable, two runs of 6 sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit

Item No 10 : S & F Energy saving new generation 10 watts LED bulk head fitting IP 65 luminaire with opel diffuser pre wired with warranty option of 5 years from date of installation and necessary mounting arrangements, provision of new 3 core multistranded copper conductor of size 23/0.193 from ceiling rose to fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 11 : S & F wall mounted LED tube light fitting 20 watts batten for surface mounted, anodized extruded aluminium housing, high transmissitivity diffuser, high lumen ouput box type fitting, 230 volts and intregrated electronic driver connector block etc with warranty option of 5 years from date of installation complete with all accessories internally pre wired and necessary mounting arrangements, provision of new 3 core multistranded copper conductor of size 23/0.193 from ceiling rose to fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 12 : S & F surface mounted 2' x 2' square LED panel 36 watts, to enhance the delight of occupants with comfortable experience through its classic design & glare free soft illumination complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Item No 13 : S & F LED downlight surface mounted round type 12 watts with AL die-cast body, finish with drop down PC diffuser to deliver low glare illumination with optimized heat sink for efficient heat dissipation complete all as directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Item No 14 : S & F Energy saving new generation environmental friendly long life versatile presure die cast aluminium IP 66 for security light fitting luminaire with high power LEDs as light source and electronic driver of capacity 25 watts with pre wired and necessary mounting arrangements and provision of 2.5 sq mm three core copper conductor cable multi stranded from ceiling rose to light fitting including necessary dia GI pipe medium grade bracket 1.5 mtr long bend to required shape with clamps, nut, bolts complete all as directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Item No 15 : S & F ceiling fan, 230 Volts, 1200 mm sweep with service value of the fan shall be greater than 6.1 as per BIS with necessary accessories and electrical connections from ceiling rose to fan teriminal complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 16 : S & F energy efficient exhaust fan of 230 mm sweep made of metal body Ventil Air -DS type complete with louver with bolts nuts and washers size of the bolt 15 cm long 12 mm dia embedded in the wall including provision of PVC flexible copper cable of size 23/0.0076 two core from ceiling rose to exhaust fan for connection and making suitable size of hole to existing brick wall for fan base compelte all as specified and directed. (Note : Cost of suitable opening wall for fixing exhaust fan is deemed to be included in overall rate quoted).

Item No 17 : M & L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr deep below normal ground level, connecting to GI earth wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanized iron or steel including 15 mm dia. medium grade protection pipe for earth lead complete with charcoal and common salt including watering arrangement with galvanized iron pipe light grade 20 mm dia, PCC Chamber, CI frame and cover, MS funnel with wire mesh all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part I including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil/strata and testing on completion. Note :- GI earth wire 4 mm dia and 15 mm dia protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr from earth plate is deemed to be included in rate quoted.

COOLING APPLIANCES

Item No 18 : Supply and fixing self contained drinking water cooler partially stainless steel working with non CFC refrigerent of above 3 star rating suitable for operation on 230 Volts 50 cycles AC supply having approx storage and nominal cooling capacity 40/80 Ltrs (approx storage capacty of 80 litre and normal cooling capacity of 40 litre per hour) and including making of PCC platfarm of suitable size as directed for fixing of water cooler complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 20 : Supply and fix voltage stabilizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170 Volts to 250 Volts with output voltage stabilised at 230 Volts with accecories of + 2.5% and capacity 1 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

External Electric Supply

Item No 21 : Supply, install, test and commission step down transformer, outdoor type, and conforming to IS 1180:2014, plinth mounted, HT 11 KV, 3 phase 433 volts, 4 wire, 50 Hz, delta/star connected, vector group DYN -11 double copper wound, ONAN, manual type off load tap changing facility on HT side to vary secondary voltage from minus 7.5% to plus 7.5% in steps of 2.5 %, continuous rating of capacity 100 KVA including bushing on HT end cable box on LT side. The Transformer shall be complete with all standard fittings and accessories, gauges, first fill of transformer oil IS 335 ISI marked filtered & dehydrated oil etc, complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following accessories :- Note :- Transfomer shall be mounted on platform/plinth.

(a) One cable box on primary HV side having cable glands suitable for OH conductor(consisting of 3 Nos porcelain HT bushings with brass/gun metal bushing rods complete with nuts and washers). (b) One cable box on secondary (LV) side consisting of 4 Nos porcelain bushing with GM bushing rods complete with GM nuts, and washers with one No cable gland suitable for reception of outgoing LT armoured cables of suitable size. (d) Dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent. (e) Thermometer pocket on tank cover. (f) One No 100mm dia dial type thermometer vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree centigrade with temp reading pointer, max temp indicator and resetting device.

(g) Rating plate with terminal markings. (h) Two earthing terminals on tank/tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32x6m GI eath strip. (j) Oil Level gauge. (k) Oil drain and filter valves. (l) Oil filler hole with cap/plug with connections complete. (m) Lifting lugs. (n) Air relief valve plug. (o) Four plan solid cast steel detachable rollers. (p) First fill of fresh oil conforming to relvant IS and tested upto 50 KV dielectric strength upto top of core. (q) Extra bushing for neutal outside the LT cable box for providing independent earthing for neutral.

(r) Provision of 2 Nos danger boards 250 x 200mm size made out of 1.6 mm thick MS plate, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures of vltage and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour, one at HT side and other on LT side. (s) Any other fittings/accessories so as to confirm the whole transformer to IS-1180 Part-I:2014. (t) Construction of Plinth of size 2.0mx 2.0mx1.5m for transformer, using 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 as in lean concrete, flyash brick masonry in CM 1:6, the top of the plinth shall consist of 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) over 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 over compacted moorum filling, 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick surface with and including 25 cm thick stone aggregates of size 12.5 mm all around upto and including 1.5 m from the edge of the plinth including the RCC Gate and fencing with angle iron post in lieu of RCC post complete all as specified, directed by the Engineer-in-charge and as shown on TD drawing No CEPZ/98/TD/6, Sheet No 2/2.

Item No 22 : S & F Cable route indicator / Marker made up of PCC Block in cement mortar 1:3:6 ( 20 mm graded aggregrate ) of size 900 x 300x 100 mm thick with DANGER / 11 KV CABLE /MES embossing on cable route Indicator / Marker including painting as per approved colour and buried in ground 45 Cms including necessary earth work ( as required / ordered at site) complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 23 : S & F Cable route indicator / Marker made up of PCC Block in cement mortar 1:3:6 ( 20 mm graded aggregrate ) of size 900 x 300x 100 mm thick with DANGER / 440 VOLTS, LT CABLE /MES embossing on cable route Indicator / Marker including painting as per approved colour and buried in ground 45 Cms including necessary earth work ( as required / ordered at site) complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 24 : S & F Junction Box for Street Lights of size 300 x 250 x 150 mm made out of CRCA sheet 2 mm thick totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, rain protected slanted roof top, door pasted with rubber gasket, water tight IP 42 protection single leaf shutter in front having proper locking arrangements, and painted with powder coating paint and suitable size of "connectwell" stud teriminal (provision for socket bolting)- 05 Nos suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire internal wiring system including MCB SP 06 amps- 01 No and mounted on security light pole with suitable bracket nuts, bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 25 : S & F LED post top lantern 40 watt light fitting made of cast aluminium spigot housing with decarative opal acrylic diffuser with IP 65 protection complete with warranty option of 5 years from date of installation and all accessories fixed on GI pipe 50 mm dia including necessary electrical connections from fitting to junction box with provision of 4 sq mm three core copper conductor cable multi stranded from fitting to junction bom as required complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 26 : S & F Energy saving new generation environmental friendly LED street light luminaire with long life versatile pressure die-cast housing with toughened glass and individual LEDs with secondary optics and IP 66 protection with high power LEDs as light source and electronic driver with warranty option of 5 years from date of installation of capacity 45 watts with pre wired and necessary mounting arrangements including provision of 4 sq mm three core copper conductor cable multi stranded from fitting to junction box and necessary GI pipe medium grade 4 braket of required dia 1.5 mtr long bend to required shape with suitable with MS clamps made out of flat iron of size 40 x 6 mm - 02 sets, bolt & nuts complete all as directed.

Item No 27 : Supply, fabrication, installation and testing of LT Panel out door type factory made CPRI Approved, water and vermin proof protection of size 1200 mm x 1200 mm x 400 mm (over all dimension) made out of 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet dully supported with mild steel angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 5mm vertical frame and legs with mild steel flat iron 25 x 5 mm in horizontal sides of the frame with front and back side openable ,single hinged door / shutter with locking arrengement and powder coated finish both internal and external steel surfaces after necessary preparation of steel surfaces including providing PCC (1:3:6) type C2 foundation of suitable size and connections of all outgoing / incomming cable inclusive of necessary excavation and earthwork as required including the following fitment accessories all complete as specified and as directed. NOTE: Rate of earthwork and PCC work are deemed to be inclusive in this item. ( Near Transformer)

Cover with provision of locking arrangement and 20 mm dia light grade G.I. Demolition & Dismantling

Item No 30 : Taking down the existing unserviceable main switch / cut out / DBs of any type / capacity / description as existing at site including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing finishes all as specified.

Item No 31 : Taking down the existing service cable/ sub main wiring of any type/ description as existing at site complete all as specified.

Sewage Disposal

Item No 32 : Septic tank for 50 users incl excavation in any type of soil, PCC, brick work plaster, RCC M-30 Design Mix in Slab, manhole opening with cover connection etc, complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Item No 33 : Soakage well of size 2.4 Mtr internal dia x 3 M effective depth, in exc. in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, well of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete, RCC cover slab in M25 complete filled with brick bats, removal of soil exc. 250 meter but n.exc. 500 meter, PCC, Brick work, etc. complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.

Note for Schedule of Credit Amount of credit Rs. 164365.00 given in credit Schedule shall be deducted manually from the quoted Lump sum to arrive at Contract Sum.
