Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One SRC cement, Four M.sand and Eight hard broken stone jelly),using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and consolidated with standard specification.Note:using (Sulphate Resistant cement)-SRC for Cement

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One SRC Cement, Twor M.Sand and Four hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including Super plasticizer, mixing using by mixer machine, laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One SRC Cement and Three M.Sand) etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.Note:using (Sulphate Resistant cement)-SRC for Cement to avoid corrosion in seashore area.

Foundation and Basement

Providing Black Polythene film with the specification of thickness not less than 250 microns for flooring in Godown and Verandah complying with Standard Specifications.

Providing Power Trowel for flooring in Godown and Verandah complying with Standard Specifications.

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation.

For column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, etc..,

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel or TRS / Epoxy Coated Steel reinforcement grills of all variety like HYSD/CTD/TMTand all grade like Fe 500, Fe550D, Fe 500 D etc., for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel reinforcement and G.I. binding wire, wastage etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel reinforcement and binding wire) The MS / TRS rod to be used should be dipped in anticorrosive paint and chemicals before use on works, so as to avoid corrosion.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One SRC cement and five M.Sand) using best quality of Second Class Ground Moulded Chamber Burnt Bricks 9" x 4-3/8" x 2-3/4" / Fly ash bricks of size 230x110x70mm including mortar plasticizer, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.Note:using (Sulphate Resistant cement) - SRC for Cement to avoid corrosion in seashore area.

For Superstructure in Ground Floor up to 4.50m

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One SRC cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg bag of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.Note:using (Sulphate Resistant cement)-SRC for Cement to avoid corrosion in seashore area.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One SRC Cement and Three Plastering Sand) 10mm thick including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg bag of cement used , hacking the surfaces and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.Note:using (Sulphate Resistant cement) - SRC for Cement to avoid corrosion in seashore area.

Painting New Plastered Wall Surface with Two finishing coats of ready mixed (Emulsion) of approved quality and colour over one coat priming coat in all floors including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Engineer-incharge before use on works.)

Supplying and fixing Mild Steel Air inlet windows in position of size 1.22M x 0.60M with 40x40x6mm angle frame divide two part and protected with grills made up of 12mm square M.S. bars welded to form squares at 7.5 cm centres fixed in the middle and providing with weld mesh 25mm x 25mm, 10 gauge on the outside and provided with four long glazed shutters using 20x20x3mm thick frame with using 4mm thick glasses including 50mm x 6mm x 250mm long M.S. holdfasts 2 Nos. 4 Nos. oxidized steel tower – bolts 10mm long, 8 Nos. oxidized steel hinges 75mm and screws etc., complete. The anti corrosive primer one coat should be applied before fixing in position.

Supplying and fixing Mild Steel Swing and Fixed Ventilators in one frame in position of size 1.52M x 0.60M with 40x40x6mm angle frame (glazed) and one third part is swing ventilator at the centre portion of the ventilator with 2 nos of 16mm dia MS roound bars and fixed with wiremesh fixing with necessary weldings on the outer face etc., The frames to be provided with two numbers hold fast 230mmlong and the central hung glazed shutter with 14 OZ glazed panel and providing rings, hooks, 10mm rope etc., complete and painting the ventilator with one coat of anti corrosive primer confirming to standard specification and as directed etc., complete.

Suplying and fixing ( under lintel grove ) cold rolled Rolling Shutters of approved quality of 18 guage 7.5cm wide cold rolled lathe section in one piece inter locked together with specially desinged pipe shaft with adquate number of high tensile steel wire springs of approved quality complete with brackets side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking arrangements with push and pull operations and pulling back handle with all accessories in best workmanship and the entire shutter painted with one coat of redoxide primer and clear opening of 1.8m width, 2.60m height. The rolling shutter shall be provided with one pair of approved quality of ball bearing complete. Rolling shutter should confirm to I.S. 6248-1979 and should be got approved by the Construction Engineer before fixing. ( This specification consists of the following component materials required for erection of rolling shutter. 1) 18G 3" lathe section 1.90m long -- 29 nos. 2) 10G guide channel 2.6m long - 2 Nos. 3) 13G bottom plate for 1.80m long with angle. 4) M.S. Pipe 40mm dia 'C' class - 2m long. 5) 10SWG side plate 13"x12" - 2 Nos. 6) 2 SWG spring 3" bore 7) 'U' Clamp. 8) Ball bearing suitable for 2 1/2" pipe . The anti corrosive primer of one coat should be applied before fixing in position.

Painting new iron works with anticorrosive paint two coats such as steel doors, rolling shutters, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Engineer-incharge before use on works.)

Fabracating and supply of triangular roof truss for the Warehouse Godown including assembling and ereting at site angular structures of 21.80m single spanc/c at 4.65m (2x9=18+1 nos) or main godown of size 83.70mx21.80c/c and 2.80m single span at 4.65m c/c and verandah trusses. The cantilever trusses of size 2.80m, 19nos will be provided for the full length of the side platform and 8nos on the rear side for the Rolling shutter openings only. The wind brasings are to be provided in the rolling shutter opening bae as per the derawings. This includes the cost of trusses, rafters, purlins, sleeves, false rafter, base plates, laing and bracings, galvanised iron (ie) below the trusses including two coats of yellow oxide anticorrosive paints and two coats of anti corrosive enamel paint complete as per the instructions of Engineer Incharge (There is no truss over the Gable walls and cross walls). The works shall be completed as per the specifications and drawings laid down in the department ISI code of design. The trusses shall be fabricated by the contractor at his own cost exactly as per the drawing. Godown 1x1 etc complete.

Providing and fixing colour coated galvalume profile sheets (Make- TATA/JSW) with the depth of 30 mm and pitch of corrugation 200 mm (Colour and shape of profile as approved by the Engineer-in-charge), 0.47 mm (TCT) total coated thickness (tolerance as per relevant IS code), material yield strength 550 MPa, galvalume AZ-150 GSM (both side inclusive) with regular modified polyester paint and coating of 20-25 micron RMP on exposed surface including primer and 7-10 micron epoxy coating on unexposed surface including primer. The sheet should be supplied in single length as shown in drawing or as desired by Engineer in charge and shall be fixed using stainless steel Hex cap headed self drilling/ tapping stainless steel screws M6, 65 mm long with 3 mm thick EPDM seal and Stainless steel stitching screw of size 19X2.5 mm excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. All screw should be sealed with silicon sealant.

Supplying and fixing corrugated PolyCarbonate Sheet of size 3mx1.06m with 6mm thick on the roof in between the colour coated Galvolume sheets for proper lighting with necessary screws and EPDM rubber washers, etc. as complete Complying with standard specification and as directed and specified by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position 100 x 50 x 7.5 mm @ 9.4kg/m. channel for the face of RAT GUARD EDGING slab with MS bolts 16mm dia 45 cm long at 2m centres forming protection to the loading platform finishing in flush with the slab with CM 1:3 ( One cement and three M.sand ) etc., complete including paintin the exposed surface of MS channel with one coat of anticorrosive red oxide primer.

Preparation of stack plan by using one coat of primer and two coats of enamel paint of width 100mm including cleaning the surface, marking, tape fixing, all labour charges, all material cost and all other incidential expenses etc.,

Providing Expansion joint at 6mtr intervels across the platform by cutting 6mm wide and full depth of concrete by coctractos own mechanical means and filling the gap with polysulphide sealent and adding admixtures recron 3s for crackfree construction at the rate of 125 gms pack per 50 kg of cement with all lead , lift and other incidental works etc complete and as directed by Engineer-incharge.

Earth work Open excavation by Mechanical Means for Open Earthwork in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 100 mts and clearing and levelling including dressing of sides and raming of bottoms etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (wide excavation)

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling crushed stone Dust in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing, laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet mix macadam with specified thickness specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base / Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5.
