M&L washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1cement 4coarse sand) furrowingthe under layer with scratching tool applying cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 ( 1 cement 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping coloured 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing & washing the top layer with brushes & water to expose the stone chipping and taking down old grit plaster complete all as specified pattern decided by Engr-in-Charge.(payment for providing grooves shall be made separately). Taking down existing bitumen felt roof treatment including cement mortar bedding and cleaning the surface and removal outside the MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in padding to roof to maintain the required slope and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer’s instructions on concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L water proofing treatment of roof consisting as under:- (a) Applying evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384:1986 @ 0.30 litre/sqm including preparation of roof surfaces (b) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/Sqm on plaster surface all as specified. (c) A layer of 3mm thick APP polymeric membrane of weight not less than 3.00 kg/sqm, reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150gm/sqm), duly sealed at over laps & joints with end laps of the 10cm and side over laps of 7.5cm by flame (by torch application) all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing liquid compoundcomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. :

M&L for appling one coat aluminium heat resistance paint on the roof as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brick Work built in Cement Mortar including all Quoins, Arches, Pillars, etc. of any descriptions, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub-Class ‘B’ bricks (with old size bricks), straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for salt glazed stone ware gully traps square or rounded mouthed type ‘P’ of size 150x150mm embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 with and necessary brick work, plastering etc complete and connecting to pipe all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Gunitting work for RCC work as in columns, beam, slab, perapet, chajjas etc by removing all loose concrete on the reinforcement, cleaning the surfaces with wire brushes and reinforcement with sand papers than applying apoxy paint to rusted reinforcement and S&F welded wire mesh fabric size not less than 95x95x3 mm on the prepare surfaces and finally applying guniniting 30 to 40 mm thick (average thickness )with presure gun using 1 part of cement and 3 part of coarse cement incl necessary form work where ever required all gunnited surface shall be brought in complete geometric figure even in the guniting opration only complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Where new or additional reinforcement is required the same shall be paid for separetaly of this schedule as above.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured designer concept tiles matching with existing tile 350x250x7 or 450x350x7mm size as in walls set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 10mm thick recuing in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in coloured cement to match for work on vertical surface such as skirting dado etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 16 to 18 mm thick granite (any type) machine cut laid over cement screed bed 20 mm thick in cm 1:6 and jointed in grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including mirror polishing and bull nosing edging in any position etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 20-25 mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab flooring over cement screed bed 20mm thick in CM 1:6 and jointed with gray cement slurry mix with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition in cement concrete in ground floor and paving n exc.15 cm thickness (below above ground floor) all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specified and provided (in sunken portion area) , removing demolished material completely and old waste pipe from sunken portion and cleaning the side/bottom surface of sunken floor with wire brush, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40 mm brick aggregate as in sunken floor slab complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
