Taking down carefully aluminium batten point, wiring for light/fan/socket/bell or power point including. All fittings i.e. switch, sockets, ceiling rose, regulators, batten holders, etc. Complete and making good disturbed surfaces of wall/floor to match with the surroundings of wall/ceiling/floor etc including taking down old light fittings. Note :- (i) Contractors quoted rate of this item deemed inclusive of unscrewing of the serviceable fittings and fixture as directed and deposit in MES store yard. (ii) Quoted rate also deem to be included cost of cutting chases for taking out concealed conduit and nitch for terminal box. (iii) Decision of GE shall be final and binding in respect of serviceability of fittings/fixture.

M & L for Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through new PVC concealed conduit medium grade, ISI marked and including provision of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper cable FRLS as earth continuty, fabricated branded modular metal flush box duly make embossed, concealed in walls with suitable modular inner and outer plate for housing switches , socket outlet and fan regulators etc, complete all as specified and as directed for the followings:-

(a) One light/fan/bellpoint controlled by one switch single pole one way, complete all as specified and directed.

(b) All as per item No 2.01 here-in-before but one 3 pin 6 amp switch socket out let independent, complete all as specified and directed.

(c) All as per item No 2.01 here inbefore but one 3 pin 6 amps socket outlet on the same board with other switch, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2.02 here-in-before but using 02 Nos 4.0 sq mm size for main cable and 01 No 4 sq mm size as earth conductor for one 16 Amp switch socket outlet on independent board, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix switch modular flush 6A single pole one way ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix modular sockets 6 Amp 2 in 1 2/3 pin combined, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix switch modular flush type 15/16 Amp single pole one way 240 volt one module ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix modular sockets 16 Amp 2 in 1 3/5 pin combined, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix ceiling rose surface bakelite 60x25mm three terminal, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix electronic step type fan regulator 240 volt 50 Htz 120 watt (switch/sockets type in shape) modular type , complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED batten luminaire surface mounted, 4 feet system wattage of 20 Watts, system lumen efficiency >90 lumen/watt, 6500k and including connecting from ceiling rose to fitting incl taking down old unsv light, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED batten luminaire surface mounted,2 feet system wattage of 10 Watts, system lumen efficiency >90 lumen/watt, 3200k and including connecting from ceiling rose to fitting incl taking down old unsv light, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replcement of flood light 45 watt 240 volt 50 Htz 4500/6500K 120 lumen/watt IP-65, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB DB SPN 8 way Horizontal, IP - 43 Protection double door 240 V AC 50Hz with for MCB SPN as incomer and DP/SP MCBs as out going with tinned copper bus bar ,neutral link earth link, complete all as directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

Supply and fix MCB SPN 40 to 63 Amp Amps 240 volts 10 KA 50 HZ 'C' curve, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

Supply and fix MCB SPN 32 Amps 240 volts 10 KA 50 HZ 'C' curve, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

Supply and fix Sub main wiring complete with two runs of 6 Sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor cable with one run of 6 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor, drawn through PVC conduit in walls, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ceiling mounted, round LED down light fitting 15 watts with die cast aluminium housing including connecting up with PVC sheathed 3 core 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor flexible wire fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix LED 2 X 2 ft recess mounted fitting 36 Watts not less than 3200lm of 150-270 V and surge protection of 2.5 KV including necessary fixing arrangements fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of exhaust fan 300 mm (Metal body) sweep complete with louvers including connecting with suitable size of copper conductor from ceiling rose to fan, complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- (a) Two runs of 1.5 sqmm cable and one run of 1.5 Sqmm cable as earth lead with conduit shall be measured as one unit length for payment. (b) Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of cutting chasses in wall for concealling conduit and making good to match with existing finish.

Supply & fix 45W LED building security light fitting including provision of 25/32mm bore GI light grade pipe1.2 meter length bend to shape and necessary clamps etc for fixing the light fittings on pole/ wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement LED flood light fitting high way 150 watt with surge protection 4KV inbuilt in driver and minium 10 KV seperate, IP 66 having pressure die cast aluminium housing with heat resistent toughened glass individual LED lenses complete making connection with suitable in size 3 core of wire and suitable for sustain 440 volt for 2-4 hour (ii) LM-79 and LM-80 test report with 50000 burning hrs LED life from NABL lab shall be provided (iii) CRI (Colour rendering index of fixtures shall be greater then 70) (iv) System lumen efficiancy shall be 150 lumen/watt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair ventilating Fan 250 mm sweep, non metallic resin body, single phase 240 volts AC 50 Hz including louvers, and copper cable 3 core of size 0.5 sqmm for connection from ceiling rose to fan complete all aspecified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Old material deposited to MES store Yard.

Note :- Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material.
