Supply of 16M highmast tower in telescopic polygonal shape made of Hot Rolled Steel Sheets confirm to IS standard. 16 Mtr Height consist of two sections from top to bottom suitable for 47-50 m/sec wind speed . Both the Sections jointed via stress-fit method & overlapping of 1.5 times of intersection dia. The head frame assembly is specially design with latching technology in which the luminaire carriage engages a mechanical latch at the mast head upon hoisting, transferring tensile load from the wire ropes to the mast structure, thereby offloading the ropes in rest position. Luminaries carriage should be designed to install upto 8-10 nos luminaries in symmetrical arrangement. Highmast should have raising lowering system integral power tool motor, SS wire ropes, trailing cable, connectors, junction box. Hot dip galvanized lightening final of 1.2 Mtr Long must be mounted at top of head-frame (not on lanten carriage), Foundation bolts along with nuts, washers, anchor plate etc. and common template used for making civil foundation. Highmast & its Luminaire & Aviation Light should be of same make to avoid any Structural compatibility, Service & maintenance issues in future .Wind Tunnel Test Report/Type Test Report of Winch, SS Wire rope, Motor etc. must be submitted before approval . Manufacturers should complied make in India & have ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 4063 and ISO 3834 Certified and Manufacturing process of Highmast/Poles starting to end ,Galvanization process etc. should be under one premises . Construction of RCC foundation for 16 mtr High Mast Pole including earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil, filling of excavated earth in trenches/plinth, providing and laying PCC 1:4:8 with 40 mm aggregate, centering and shuttering for foundation surfaces, supplying and fixing Fe-500D reinforcement steel, and providing and laying RCC M-20 grade with 20 mm aggregate, complete as per drawing and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of weather proof MS loop in loop out busbar box of size not less than 350x270x200 mm with4 Nos. suitable capacity ALU Bus Bar (R,Y,B & N) (upto 63 Amp) duly finished and painting, detachable gland plate & Arrangement for interconnection etc as required. (Confoming to relevent BIS/IS standard or equivalent)

Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of weather proof MS loop in loop out busbar box havin 4P MCCB 63 Amp 25 KA MCCB with thermomagnetic release and of size not less than 450x375x200 mm with 4 Nos. suitable capacity ALU (upto 100 Amp) Bus Bar (R,Y,B & N) duly finished and painting, detachable gland plate & Arrangement for interconnection etc as required. (Confoming to relevent BIS/IS standard or equivalent)
