Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surfaces as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc. (Make Armocreate of SWC Chryso France) consisting of (a) applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. Distampering with first quality acrylic washable distemper (ready made) of approved manufacture and of required shade/colour complete as per manufacturer's specification (two or more coats on new work)

Maintaining 50mm joint right from foundation to top and allowing its free moment throughout the life span of structure "Providing/Supply of Dura Board HD 100, 50mm, Premounded Compressible filler Board in Black colour manufactured by the Supreme industries Ltd. or equivalent, conforming to MORTH specifications (clause 1015), having minimum density 95 kg/cum, non staining with less than 1% water absorption and compression recovery 93% minimum as per specifications" in the joint through and through (foundation to top) in brick masonary, columns and beams.

Sealing of joint 50mm. Clean the joint both the side and apply Master Brace ADH 2200 adhesive throughly on the clean surface along the joint with spatula and thickness should be 1mm -2mm. Place the Master Seal 1930 10mm on the ADH 2200 on the both sides keeping the centre totally for free movement.
