Disconnecting electrically operated squirrel cage crane heavy duty motor of cap 13.4 HP, AC 3 phase, 415 Volts from existing location of electro mechanically driven winch unit by unscrewing of nuts, bolt and dismantlling all parts carefully, checking all components in and including servicing, greasing, oiling etc as applicable for smooth functioning complete all as per site requirements and reassembling, alignment of motor complete with electro mechanically driven winch unit and testing complete all as specified and directed. Labour only for applying Black cadmium compound to hoisting mechanism wire ropes, rope drum and rope pulleys of winch assembly - 01 No using necessary tools and plants etc after dismanling all components carefully, removing of existing old cadmium compound and other lubricating materials from all parts by rubbing, scrapping and cleaning with the cotton waste, diesel or other any cleaning material as applicable etc and applying fresh cadmium compound, assembling all parts carefully, alignment with winch unit properly, testing complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Cadmium shall be measured and paid separately here-in-after as SUPPLY only (ii) The job can be paid maximum of twice in the contract period with an interval of Six months periodcity

Labour only for opening winch gearbox screws and nuts bolts, dismanling all components carefully, draining out existing oil from gearbox of winch assembly unit - 01 No using necessary tools and plants etc removing of old sludge and foreign material from gear box complete, overhauling of gear box parts complete and cleaning with the cotton waste, diesel or other any cleaning material as applicable etc and filling gear oil carefully, reassembling, alignment with winch unit properly, testing complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Gear oil for filling / top up shall be measured and paid separately here-in-after as SUPPLY only (ii) The job can be paid maximum of twice in the contract period with an interval of Six months periodcity

Taking up defective electrically operated squirrel cage crane duty motor of cap 13.4 HP, AC 3 phase, 415 Volts from existing location, checking, measuring no load current, IR value and winding resistance using micro ohm meter before winding insulation / varnishing to windings and dismantling of motor, measuring stator and rotor ID, carry out dynamic balancing of rotor if required, applying insulation varnish material to windings after removal of defective varnishing/insulations etc, assembling of motor, carry out no load current and KW study and alignment of all the loosen parts including re-fixing, connections, testing and commisioning complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up defective mono block pumpset centrifugal motor of cap 5 HP AC 3 phase, 415 Volts complete from the existing location by unscrewing of nuts, bolt, dismantlling all parts, checking bushes, bearings and all other parts carefully, overhauling works to pump and motor complete in and includoing replacement of worn out bushes, bearings, rewinding works, varnish works complete as per site requirements and reassembling, alignment of motor with pump set complete in all respects, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Grease in 20 kg bucket for Greasing spindles, guide rollers, platform locking pins etc of Radar Test Platform complete all as specified and directed. Make : Castrol (Premium longlife) or equivalent specifications as apporved by GE.

Taking down existing old and defective Indoor LT panel board from the existing positions complete located in the RTP control room and including disconnecting all incoming, out going cables and other connected all items, set aside carefully using required tools and plants as per site conditions complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the existing old LT Under Ground cable off sizes including loop of under mentioned sizes from panels/duct /trench/loop etc near the sub stations/pole/buildings/panels iafter disconnecting cables both ends, tracing out the fault with the help of megger and other tests as per site requirement for following cables complete all as specified and directed. Note:i) Earth work as applicable shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items. ii) Retrived bricks from site shall be properly stacked aside and reused as protection to U/G cable here-in-after.
