STEEL WORK Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, bufing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts glass holder etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered including fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners, making curve shape etc.).

FLOORING Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in diferent sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm

FINISHING 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats Make: Asian royale shine (or) equivalent

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

REPAIRS TO BUILDING Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever necessary: Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

Dismantling and Demolishing Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (including equivalent design mix)

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

ALUMINIUM WORK Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium/SS door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . With Toughened glass panes of 8 mm thickness

Providing and fixing of Zebra Blind for Windows Dual Layer Zebra Roller Shades Light Filtering Sheer Window Treatments Privacy Light Control for Day and night including required curtains, frame, operating mechanism, fixing SS screws and removing of existing blinds and making good the wall etc complete. For any colors, patterns, quality and design as per the approval of Eneering-In-Charge.Make:Vista or equivalent

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment . Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor: Anti-Termite Treatment- Post Construction Operation Details (i) Drilling at every one foot interval at wall and floor junction. (ii) Drill depth 4-5 inches on both sides. (iii) chemical used- Imidachloprid 30.5 S.C.[Bayer India or equivalent] (iv) Chemical injection done very half an hour up to saturation point(min 4-5 times). (v) Complete electrical conduits /junction boxes chemical treatment.[oil based] (vi) Plugging of holes after chemical injuction. (vii) On completion of work a warranty for a period 5 years is given for the site. (viii) Dliute and injecting Chemical emulision for POST CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment(Including the cost of chemical emulsion) (ix) Treatment of existing mansory using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole at 300mm interval them with cement motar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand ) to the full depth of the hole with Imidachlopride chemical.(x).All round the wooden doors and windows @300mm C/C interval.

Providing and laying 2 mm thick PVC sheet flooring of approved design, make, and shade, using approved adhesive (such as Fevicol or equivalent), including Removal of existing PVC flooring,Surface preparation and cleaning to ensure proper adhesion,Cutting, trimming, and fixing the PVC sheet as per site conditions,All necessary tools, labor, and materials,Complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Acrylic glazing for doors, window, ventilator shutters, roofing etc, fixing in the steel work with corroshild make screws and partitions etc, Itched/plain Acrylic sheet with required is clear embossed with both side UV stabilizer, having at least non transparency , conforming to the relevent IS code including cutting to any shape/color and size as required with silicon sealent around the glass and making good etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. upto all floor five level. Any colour as approved by Engineer-in-charge. Size:6mm thick Acrylic sheet

Repair of false ceiling including removing, replacement of tees, angles, new false ceiling tiles matching with existing tiles, leveling,silicon sealent and required support etc complete as per the direction of Engineering-In-Charge. [Repaired area will be measured for payment]

Extra for making curve shape of glass as required radious as per site condition including P/F vinyl/required Glass stickering(3M or equivalent) required design with CSIR-CLRI Logo and fittings and removing/refixing existing carpet without damage etc complete as per the direction of Engineering-In-Charge. For 8mm thick Toughened Glass.

REMOVAL OF EXISTING OLD POWER PANEL: Removing of existing 3 phase Power panel and surface of wall/floor mounted & it incoming & outgoing's disconnecting the existing power cables connections without any damage and handed over to elctrical division etc. The work also include providing temporary power supply to the essential existing loads as required.as directed by the site Engineer.

SUPPLY OF COPPER UG CABLE: Supplying of PVC insulated/XLPE,sheathed and copper armoured 1100V grade UG cable conforming to IS 1554 and submit with necessry test certificate etc..,as required. 4 X 35 sq.mm

LED PANEL LIGHT: Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Pre-wired LED fitting 36W/230V/6500K complete with all accessories etc., directly mounted on Gypsum/(2x2) false ceiling/ recess with suitable metal angle clamps including chain fixing, including earthing and connections with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor three core cable etc., as required.

JUNCTION BOX ON FLOOR: Supplying and fixing of 250 x 250 x 55 to 70mm height, 8mm thick floor mounting junction box for direct access to cables/wires at the intersection of floor/tile raceways while maintaining perfect separation and 900 cross overs between data and power cables and Supplied completely with suitable base and cover plate (Lid) in PVC conduit/raceways, including earthing etc as required.
