Supply & Fixing in repairs ceiling Fan 1200mm sweep with electronic fan regulator, down rod , canopy, rubber reel etc including provision of three single core 0.5 sqmm copper conductor flexible cable connected from ceiling rose to fan and suitable size MS bolts, nuts for fixing ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed. Make : Usha, Bajaj, Havells Note :- Old U/S Fan shall be diposited in MES Store yard

M&L for painting of ceiling fan including preparing the surface of body/blades of ceiling fan of any sweep and make and painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel white paint and writing the MES No. with black paint 2.5 cm height letters comlete.

M&L for painting of exhaust fan including preparing the surface of body/blades/frame of of exhaust fan of any sweep and make and painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel Grey paint and writing the MES No. with black paint 2.5 cm height letters comlete.

M&L for Hanging only ceiling fan and connecting up with point wiring complete for satisfactory functioning complete with PVC flexible 3 core copper conductor cable. Note: (i) Ceiling fans for hanging in the buildings with regulator shall be issued by Engineer-in-charge on proper issue voucher & receipt voucher after repair.

S&F in repairs rubber seal suitable for ceiling fan of any make and size.

S&F in repairs GI pipe medium grade with all fitting and fixed complete for ceiling fan as down rod of 15 mm bore.

S&F in replacement GI pipe 40mm medium grade with all fitting and fixed complete for hanging of ceiling fan .

M&L in replacement for clamps and back plates fabricated from steel section conforming to Gde Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 includingnuts, bolts, washers, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size for fixing ceiling fan complete weighing not more than 2Kg.

Supply & Fixing in replacement Wall mounting fan 400mm sweep complete. Make Almonard/Bajaj/ Havells. Note :- Old UNSV Fan shall be dipossited in MES store yard .

M& L for comprehensive maintenance and overhauling of ceiling fans at site of any make and size including following works (a) Checking proper working of ceiling fans. (b) Checking of safety pin/sockets/clamps including replacement of unseviceable part (c) Replacement of unserviceable condenser/bearings. (d) Cleaning of ceilingfan/overhauling with fresh grease. ( e). Note : 1.Contractor has to depute Two electricians daily who will report to JE /Fan incharge. 2 Unserviceable parts to be measured & paid seperately under relevant item of Sch A..3.All T & P and ladder provide to electrician at site by contractor.

Taking down carefully storage type water heater any make and capacity from clamps/bolts including disconnection water and electric connection and refixing the same and connecting up after cleaning of geyser and repairs complete.

Repair of inner flange of 25/50 Ltrs geysers and replacement of worn-out stud brazing with gas welding not exceeding 5mm thick complete.

Supply and fix in replacement geyser flange assembly (any make/type) copper alloy chromium plates suitable for 25 Ltrs capacity including rubber gasket, clamps and nuts/bolts etc complete. Make : Recold ditz, Bajaj ISI mark.

Ditto all as per above item but 50 Ltrs complete. Make : Recold,Ditz, Bajaj ISI mark.

Supply and fix and connecting heating element ( triangular or circular base type) 1.5 KW 230 volts suitable for 25 ltrs capacity geysers in replacement of old unserviceable heating element complete.Make : Hot Pace, Power Pace, Das Pass ISI mark.

Supply and fix and connecting heating element ( triangular or circular base type) 2 KW, 230 volts suitable for 50 ltrs capacity geysers in replacement of old unserviceable heating element complete ,Make : Hot Pace, Power Pace, Das Pass ISI mark.

Supply only in replacement thermostat of existing type/make complete

S&F in repair safety valve suitable for geyser 25/50 liters as per sample

Taking down carefully any type of old unserviceable point wiring copper or aluminium conductor (light, fan, socket, bell or power) point complete with fittings such as switches ceiling roses, lamp holders, sockets, fan regulators, call bell, light fittings with PVC conduit surface / concealed or wooden battens including sunken cast iron / pressed steel terminal boxes etc and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, roof, floors etc to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully old unserviceable main switches / distribution boards complete of any size complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down carefully and re-fixing ceiling fan / Exhaust fan of any sweep with 1.5 Sqmm new copper wire upto ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.

S& F in repair Sub main wiring with two single core PVC Insulated cable two run of size 6.0 Sqmm multi-strand copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 volts grade drawing in and including PVC conduit, medium grade not less than 25 mm dia with all conduit accessories and one run of 4.0 Sqmm multi-strand copper conductor FRLS cable as continuous earth wire complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Two run of 6.0 Sqmm & one run of 4.0 Sqmm cable shall be measured as one unit run.

S&F in repair Sub main wiring with two single core PVC Insulated cable two run of size 4 Sqmm multi-strand copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 volts grade drawing in and including PVC conduit, medium grade not less than 25 mm dia with all conduit accessories and one run of 2.5 Sqmm multi-strand copper conductor FRLS cable as continuous earth wire including making good disturbed surface to match existing complete all as specified & directed.
