M&L for making good under cills or over arches, lintels and bressummers. Including all pinning when necessary in Cement mortar 1:6 Complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Forming jambs, etc. to openings (to foregoing item), including cutting, toothing and properly bonding into old work, also facing, jointing and pointing to match existing work, complete in cement mortar 1:6 cpomplete all as specifed and diretcted

S&F powder coated Anodised aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) section of approved make for frame and shutters of doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates incl fixing with dash fasteners of required size and dia and filling up the gaps at top bottom & slides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc with and including joining cleats, glazing clips, channel etc for fixing in opening complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 4.0 mm thick figured glass, pin headed type and glazed oil putty in square not 0.50 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

S&F Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm fixed to frames with and including necessary aluminium clips complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of framed work such as grills, gratings, cooler stands etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 including necessary fixing to walls as directed.

M&L for prepration of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a cot of red oxide, zinc chrome primer.

M&L for preparing of newly plastered surface of walls and applying one layer of white putty and two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of compatible primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits), with multi-stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm nominal cross-sectional area, single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, ISI-694 marked with valid CML No. in and including medium grade, PVC concealed conduit and conduit accessories concealed in wall/roof/floor etc, ISI marked with valid CML No.(IS-9537-1983 for conduits and IS:3419:1976 for conduit accessories), with mild steel/pressed steel sunken boxes( with earth dolly) duly painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint/aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer internally, and two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer externally, covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover for fixing of switches, sockets and fan regulators etc, including PVC insulated multi-stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area single core FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed at site for the following:- (a) One Exhaust Fan point controlled by one way switch.

Supply and fix in repair of switch piano type flush type single pole one way 5 Amps, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F PVC Exhaust Fan 250 mm sweep (Speed- 1325 RPM, Air delivery-500CMM, maxima DXI White DOM Exhaust fan with minimum three year warranty) with louver complete body complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F ceiling rose, 3 phase/PVC/Polycarbonate, isolated body complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.
