Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge , thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern as in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster from walls, soffits including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel works for bands, straps, supports or stays of rain water pipes, valley gutter including bolt if required, hold fasts, framing for GI wire mesh etc wall ties, hooks for hanging fans plain angles cleats for securing purlins to rafter including cutting, welding etc and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminium “Zinc coating trapezoidal steel sheet 0.50mm TCT (Total coated thickness) and having pitch 195-220mm with minimum crest height 28mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550MPa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as in hangars complete all as specified and directed

M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550MPa as in roof covering /ridge/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting 1.00mm thick, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed ) with grade of zinc coating 275, fixed as welded or soldered joints are provided, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugated side laps alongwith galvalume aluminium corrugated sheet fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes (any size or pattern) including all fitting, heads, shoes, bends, swan necks, etc, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store ( measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fitting and accessories) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) Pipes of 160mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR ) bends for 160mm dia pipe, of any radius complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of surface of epoxy flooring and painting with two coats of polyurethane based paint over a coat of primer to lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc of colour as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brickwork with old size sub class "B" bricks built in cement mortar 1:6 straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.0 mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surface , finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor, finished even and smooth using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old surface of wall, shall be sanded through mechanical wall sander to remove all the previous layer and exposes the plaster surface, including filling depression of scrapped surfaces and apply two coats of distemper oil emulsion (OBD) over a coat of cement wall primer from same manufacturer (of OBD) and shall be allowed to dry 6-8 hrs the surface for painting subsequent coats over a layer of wall care putty not less than 1mm thick complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Surface shall be sprayed with water proof cementious putty from airless spray machine .Putty shall be prepared in liquid form as per manufacturer's specifications and shall be allowed to dry for 6 to 8 hours. (ii) Primer/ paint shall be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine. Time period of 6 to 8 hours shall be allowed to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats. (iii) The work shall be executed by authorised applicators of make approved by GE.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards, steel wiremesh (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old existing concrete surface of any description and in any position by mechanical means, wire brushing and brooming down/ finally cleaning with compressed air and to make the surface dust free and providing 5mm thick antistatic EPU flooring including prime coat, screed coat, copper tape, conductive coat, self leveling top coat including removing old sealant, cleaning and filling existing joints all as specified and application of Epoxy polyurethane paint all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note :Top surface of EPU flooring should have joint less finishing.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of exterior grade weather coat paint over a coat of cement based primer (from same manufacturer of OBD) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (OBD) with roller finish over a coat of cement wall primer (from same manufacturer of OBD) including layer of wall care putty not less than 1mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Stainless steel wire cloth, 1 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 5 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples as in bird proofing, false ceiling in hangars complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint as in hangars complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer as in hangars complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel Surfaces of any description & not exe 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer as in hangars complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in pavement ( PQC ) in ground floor ( below or above ground level) any thickness and removing the debris to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed. (Note : In case of any damage to adjoining slab, same shall be make good by the contractor at his own cost and expenses with and using epoxy resin mortar to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge)

M&L for providing pavement quality concrete (PQC) as per design mix using graded stone aggregate having minimum field flexural strength of 45 kg/sqcm in pavement using minimum 400 kg cement per cum and non circular / triangular synthetic fibre @ 0.25% by weight of cement laid to level, gradient and camber using (Slip form paver), complete all as specified and directed. Note : Non circular/ triangular fibre shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply only Polyester non circular/triangular synthetic fibres 6/12mm long with circum-circle dia metre 30-35 micron, designed for melting point of 240-260 degree centigrade and having specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.40 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes framed guard bars barred iron doors ladders framed balusters walk ways railings, framework as in false ceiling, etc. and similar work conforming to Fe 290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing connecting and testing 120 Watts LED flood light luminaire with secondary optics made in pressure die cast housing and heat sink in aluminium extrusion with IP66, including clamps, nuts, bolts for fixing arrangements on wall, trusses, etc and connecting the same to electric source with and including 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor, three core, PVC insulated & sheathed cable, 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed

Note :- The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive for necessary cutting, repairing after fixing on roof for arresting rainwater seepage from affected area.

M&L for surface/concealed submain wiring as required with two single core FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed copper stranded conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm 1100 Volts and one run of copper stranded conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm for continuous earthing drawn in and including rigid non-metallic PVC conduit pipe ISI marked of size not less than 20 mm dia including to connect their incoming/outgoing electric connections by using required sizes of lugs/thimbles as well as flexible conduit of suitable sizes shall also be used at any open surfaces of conductor complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Two single core cable and one run of earth copper conductor including conduit will be measured and paid as one unit length. (ii)The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive for cutting chases in wall/pillars/columns etc of any description for concealing the conduits to required depth and making good the disturbed surface in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing the surface to match with the existing surface

Supply and fixing air circulating fan wall mounted, AC, single phase, 230V, of size 600mm sweep (steel body) and connecting up including connecting the same to electric source with and including 1.5sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor, three phase, PVC insulated and sheathed cable, 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brickwork / external surface of masonry, mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instructions surface fair and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed (Note: WPC will be measured & paid separately under respective item of BOQ)

Supply only water proofing compound conforming to IS complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surface of ceiling finished fair/even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of old plastered surfaces on ceiling and apply two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of exterior grade weather coat paint over one coat of exterior primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Rough cast wired glass, 6.4 mm thick n. exc. 0.5 Sqm each pane and glazing with oil putty, etc in existing frame work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting existing tarmac with diamond cutter of depth exceeding 15 cm but not exceeding 30 cm and removing away rubbish from site complete all as specified and directed

M&L for mild steel checqured plates confirming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality-A including cutting and grinding the edges etc and fixed complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and apply two coats of black Japanned paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer as in hangars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on ceiling and apply three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing sheet metal enclosure for double door MCB DBs phosphatised powder coated , single pole & neutral (SPN) suitable for 8 Way , 240 volts complete all as directed by the Engineer -in - Charge.

S&F MCB SPN 40 to 63 Amps ('B' Series) having current rating 10 kA, 240 V complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps ('B' Series) having current rating 10 kA, 240 V complete all as specified and as directed.
