Concrete with 4cm gauge brick ballest, fine local sand of 1.25FM and cement in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundation and under floor including supply of all materials labour T&P etc require for proper complete of the work.

Brick masonry work in 1:4 cement mortar in foundation complete excluding pointing 1200 II and plastering, as per drawing and Technical Specification Clauses 600, 1202 & 1203

12mm thick plaster in 1:3 cement and coarse sand mortar. All complete. (S.I.No. 12.3.2)

Nominal mix 1:2:4 (Hand mixed) Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material spreading in uniform layer with mortor grader on prepared surface including compaction complete as per technical specification clause 401

Providing and laying of interlocking concrete block pavement having thickness 80mm as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).DSR-2023, 5.3
