Attending complaints of no water / leakage of water by removing float valve , water meter, stop cock etc or GI/composite tubing of size 15 mm to 20 mm bore upto 0.3 mtr length including all GI fittings like elbow, socket, Tee, Nipple, bend, union etc and making new threads as required at site including excavation,return refilling and removing soil & earth work etc. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 1 but of size 25 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Attending leakage complaints of CI/DI pipe lines 80 to 100 mm bore using lead wool and rope and cocking of joints and fixing MS Clamp on pipe in situ complete all as specified and directed.

Note for Ser item No (1 to 10) : (i) Dewatering of accumulated water using engine driven pump set etc is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) Excavation and earth work required shall be measured and paid seperately. (iii) Complaints of urgent nature will be attended round the clock including Sunday & holiday to restore the water supply (iv) Complaints given to contractor shall be rectified within 24 hrs (v) Contractor will arrange all the T&P/Diesel pumps for dewatering where ever required.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections 15 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Cast iron fittings viz bends (any type, radius and angle), tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc), tee pieces, single branch, ‘Y’ junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket & spigot) collars, caps and plugs for spigot socketed pipes 200 mm to 300mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Burning out lead joint in position for 80 mm bore pipes and fittings complete all as specified and directed. Note for Ser item No 33 to 35 :- New lead joint will be paid separately under relevant item here-in-after.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5mrt wide and not exceeding 1.5mt in depth for foundation, etc or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5mt in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in mud complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50mt and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mt above the starting point complete. Excavation & earth work, if required shall be measured & paid separately and new pipe shall be laid into same trenches without change in alignment except prior approval obtained from GE in writting complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of sluice valve operating rod ( inside clear water tank/filtration plant etc). made of GI pipe medium grade 20 mm bore, 4 mtr long duly fixed on sluice valve at one end with nut, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing MS clamp of any size including drilling holes complete all as specified and directed.( Note:- Nut ,bolts, washer etc will be measured and paid seperately) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry,built in lime mortar including all quoins,arches,pillars,etc., but excluding ashlar facings,dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius,built in cement morter 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type 'B1' 1:2:4(20 mm graded aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span,cills,steps,seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height , coppings,kneelers,apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in item 04028 , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 using water proofing compound finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unsv mild steel covers of valve chambers and Supply and Fixing covers of valve chambers duly hinged fabricating the frame by using 3.15mm thick mild steel sheet and angle iron of size 40 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm thick including making locking arrangement and fixing the above cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and providing hold fast of appropriate size made to shape of 50mm x 6mm mild steel flat including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for internal cleaning of RCC overhead tanks of 1 lakh Gln cap (Collumn supported Type ) and location at 60 ft staging by scraping, brushing the internal surface of wall and bottom floor, cleaning, removing the complete accumulated silt sludge ( incl removing and depositing where directed not exc 50 m away from O/H tanks) and washing internal surface of tank incl bottom with water, applying one coat of lime wash(internally) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 71 here-in- before but of 0.75 lakh gallons capacity complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of underground sump of cap 1.0 LG by taking out silt, mud and vegetables growth etc in shape of sludge including residual water and disposal of the same n.exc 50 mtr away, scrapping of internal surface of walls, floor with wire brush,broom,jute,applying one coat of lime wash internally complete all as specified and directed. (At EBS and BHOJRAJ)
